This property is not only gorgeous but in a great location! We easily walked to the gondola and restaurants. I’d stay again for sure!

We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit with our two young kids and our parents. We really enjoyed the view, the location, the great deck furniture, and the heated pool and hot tubs. This was our parents’ first time coming with us to Vail and this property was so great it set the bar high for future stays.

Great location in Lionshead and a nice walk to the village. Lots of fantastic restaurants around and the property has a nice outdoor pool and hot tub

Great location, ski lockers a plus, nice finishings, hot tub good. One small criticism - our unit had a VERY small bathroom. Toilet was wedged between the shower and wall and your elbow hit the toilet paper roll.

Arrived very late the first night. Discovered management put some one else in our condo. Imagine the shock to both parties at 3am. They had booked our condo and gave it to someone else. This is after we called day of arrival to inform them we would be late arriving and reconfirmed our reservation. What a joke!

The sauna inside the apartment was truly a waste I would prefer a washer dryer. The apartment was small and the sofa bed was uncomfortable for my teenage children.

This was a very comfortable and well located space for our family to stay. Our unit had AC and laundry which made it all the more convenient. Beautiful views and well appointed apartment.

The Landmark faculty seemed nice and the pictures of the room online were nice. What we got was a very dated, very small one bedroom condo on the ground floor which was very noisy because we had highway traffic on one side and parking lot, bus stop, garbage on the other. We could not sleep with windows open because it was way too noisy in both rooms, and there was no AC. The bathroom a d kitchen were very cramped. I was told we got this room because I booked through Expedia and not directly with the hotel! I will not be doing that again. Very disappointed! The pool was nice but needed more chairs for the size of the hotel. Location was good.

Property wasn’t ready for guest. Swimming pool out of services, you have to use swimming pool in other hotel what is totally uncomfortable. In the room was boxes for unit owner what I’m request to remove. That means no one care about guest who will stay in room. In one bathroom shower wasn’t work and on my request to fix no one come to do it. I’m disappointed how Hyatt run this place. That not first bed experience with property in vail what Hyatt take over. And of course they charge resort fee what wasn’t provided and not notified up front of reservation.

It was generally nice. Typical seasonal ski lodge type condo. Should have realized there was no AC, which is mentioned so that’s on me... Little warm in the off season even with the fans provided.

Great location. Nice pool, hot tubs and friendly, helpful staff. We got our room moved to a higher level after asking. I really appreciated that because we were able to sit outside on the balcony and enjoy the view.

Although the rooms are nice, the building itself is quite complicated. In addition, it doesn’t have the most welcoming staff.

Great views of the slopes. Big balcony so we could store our bicycles outside. Nice pool with 3 jacuzzis. Pleasant staff. Great proximity to MANY things. Kitchen was poorly appointed.

Property is well located but tired looking and in need of update. However, for what we needed (a place to crash each night), it was certainly adequate.

Clean, efficient, excellent location, beautiful view

I booked a 2 bedroom condo and they upgraded us to a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo,which was awesome. Good view of trails. This was our 2nd time staying there and we will be back next year.

My fiance and I stayed at the Landmark for a two night Saturday and Sunday weekend. There are no hidden resort fees or additional parking charges when booking a condo at the Landmark, unlike every other hotel in Vail. The condo has cable, a super warm fireplace in the living room and in the master suite (located on first floor), and lots of dishes and glassware for hosting. The front desk provides guests with an awesome welcome packet, inclusive with maps and pamphlets and useful coupons. We also got a round of complimentary waters upon check in. Also convenient, is the landmark is located directly on top of a little snack shop to grab chips and drinks AND a liquor store (both open til 10pm). The Arrabelle Resort is across the pathway and several really decent restaurants are right downstairs as well. The landmark is a great condo/hotel and we really enjoyed our stay, would absolutely recommend.
