Wonderful clean room!

This is a nice hotel, where I have stayed several times. I do think the appearance of the lobby and hallways has deteriorated some, but the room was in great condition. Overall, it was a pleassnt stay.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable.

Aside from a big blood dry stain on the pillow that was turned around, the hotel was ok for one evening.

Excessing freeway noise, we could not sleep. Found a bug in one of the beds and in the bathroom. The air did not work properly and the room smelled bad.

Hotel was nice and parking was never a problem. There was no extra charge to park at the hotel. We had to unwillingly switch rooms to an ADA room because there was some sort of a system error and the hotel was unable to change the incoming guest's booking instead of fixing ours.

Only one elevator consistently works

Only complaint I have with Holiday Inn Hotel line is their mattresses. They are very hard. Thankfully when I said something at the front desk I was offered extra comforter to give a softer padding. It worked but it would have been nice not to have to go through the trouble. Everyone one was nice and accommodating. Everything was clean and well stocked.The woman that worked the Kitchen during the week was very nice and made sure the tables were clean after each person left and kept the food well stocked. I would like to recommend for all the Holiday Hotel Chains that serve breakfast to add disposable gloves and some signage to wear them when serving themselves. I am not saying I caught this cold I from the breakfast bar but I did see a lot of folks using fingers instead of the utensils that were provided for handling food. I know you are not going to stop people who are mindless when coming to these sort of settings. So with that said everything was great otherwise. Thank Holiday Inn Express Temple Texas for a pleasant stay!

Outside into the hotel was dirty and lobby was not clean nor the elevators. Staff front desk didn’t say much or ask questions. Just sat there half the time we walked out or back in. So yea I wud say no to this hotel again and I’ve worked front desk so i know what it takes to treat a guest.

Got to the hotel a little early but was checked in without incedent. I like this about IGH.

Very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Car trouble and heavy thunderstorms forced us to stop and spend an unplanned extra night on the road. Couldn’t have happened in a better place. Close to O’Reilly Auto Parts & Walmart. Great breakfast with cheese omelets and cinnamon rolls.

Horrible!!! Room #117 smelled like urine mixed with mildew. Bathroom ceiling has a large spot of black mold. Felt like something was crawling on my skin, so I rested the the chair. Very loud voices talking in the hall all night. Not using this hotel again.

Stayed 3 nights to visit my uncle who is in the hospital there. Very clean and convenient! Breakfast was very good with lots of options hot and cold food. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The entire hotel was clean and the afternoon / evening front desk staff was very friendly.She had a smile and said hello every time I saw her. The complimentary breakfast had several different options and was well stocked.

I go here often, very convenient and always in great shape, breakfast is always wonderful!

We had a great stay! Everything was really good. Pool was very mice and clean. We have no complaints sbout the room. Was very comfortable. AC worked great! Breakfast was good the first 2 days but the oven broke and they were not able to offer the biscuits, Eggs and Sauage as before. They did have ready made sausage buscyits that we heated up in the microwave. They had orher options as well for breakfast. Good coffee!!

The property was just done, however I left behind my custom therapeutic pillow and I can’t get anyone at the hotel to call me back to help me retrieve it. It is a $200 pillow
