This Hotel has so much Potential, yet its one of the worse I've stayed in. I upgraded my room to a Jr. Suite and even that one was awful. So hot with no AC. Doors and windows don't work properly. My Bath Tub had No curtain and water splashed all over the bathroom, and they only provided 1towel per person. I don't recommend this place at all. The only good thing here was breakfast.

Had to pay for another room for an upgrade 47$ American dollars when it should have been included for my stay. And the first room did not have ac

Great place, comfortable and spacious, nice view close to the beach nice pool. Staff didn’t give us our wrist bands and then when I asked for extra towels he never had them brought. The place was nice though.

What we did not like No A/C, fans did not work.

Pillows were dirty. Rooms had no A/C had to request a fan and never got delivered.... No mini fridge was told they will take one to room and never received it as well. Parking was not the best. The security from parking place was unprofesional and creepy. If you are women and want to stay in a safe place would not recommend this hotel tbh..

Bathroom has rust all over the bathtub. Toilet takes 5 flushes to work. Said it was walking distance to main boulevard but it’s longer. Parking gets full so they ask you to park on the street not in their covered garage or gated area. You open your room window and it’s full of pigeon poop. Walls are paper thin.

Its crazy how this hotel doesn't have any ac 😕

Everything looks 40 years old. No ac or heating.elevators are always a issue, And the rooms some how are all paper thin. Someone was smoking weed. So the guy knocked on every door on my floor.

It is a no frill hotel. It has been removated with new carpet, furniture & a very comfortable bed. Free parking, free breakfast which is not real good. Room was quiet & clean. Location is great & walkable.

Lackluster experience for the amount that I paid I expected more. There was no AC in the unit that I stayed in, and during check in time the room was quiet warm, and no fan at all. The only source of a an air exchange was the window and that was a bit of a challenge to get to open as it is not well-maintained or lubricated to make it easier to open and close. Another issue that I encountered was that there was no hot or cold water label on any of the knobs in the shower and no matter which knob was turned on it was all cold. I was impressed by the level of cleanliness in the room, nothing showed up on my UV fluorescent light, except for a small area in the bathroom. Overall, the bed was comfortable, the pillows could be better though. There is also not a lot of entertainment options with the TV. There’s no smart TV functionality or apps, and you’re stuck with only local broadcasts which are all in Spanish. The QR code for the room serviced didn’t work for me. Had to go look for food around the local area which was pretty expensive. I left before the breakfast so I don’t know if that was any good. Overall, I give it a three out of five stars.

All good nothing to regret

Very poorly managed. The dirtiest hotel I have stayed at. I usually never complain.

Bed was clean and comfortable, room was spacious. Staff was friendly. Parking is safe. Only downside is the TV has no Netflix or YouTube. Not a smart TV. Toilet has a very weak flush. And they need to have some do not disturb signs on the door knob because I did not want anyone in my room when I left for lunch but they still went in and cleaned it because there’s no “do not disturb Sign.”

Conveniently located a few steps from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The hotel has no AC , and extremely outdated. I was given only 2 breakfast tickets for free breakfast even though we stayed 4. The kids had to pay their own breakfast and no additional tickets for another day. The breakfast was delicious however. I would not recommend to stay at this hotel at this price. Staff was friendly. Security were great!

Nice place for the price and near the beach

I tried to take my shower at 4:30 am and the hot water never came up

Building is still in construction in multiple areas. Beds were stiff, water pressure was low. This place probably shouldn’t even be open for business for at least another year while they renovate.

Room was very outdated which is no big deal, but tried to put some stuff in the closet and it was so dirty i just couldn't use it, the door didn't even close and had me worried all night. Also i thought i would spend the afternoon in the pool since its summer, But the pool water was murky and kinda greenish. I was very disappointed because the reason i booked there was because there was a pool. And there is no ac so it was pretty hot at night, i asked for a fan but they never came to bring it like they said. had to get up at 5am go downstairs and ask again.
