We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Flora. Serafeeno was especially helpful and welcoming. The hotel is in a wonderful location close to great sights and restaurants. Looking forward to staying here again!

Room was big and clean. Had our own terrace which was really nice. Staff were great! Shower was difficult to use and very small. Would have loved better toiletries in the bathroom and pillows were flat as pancakes. Need better pillows.

Lovely and friendly staff and a good location. The hotel itself is bit run-down. Especially our room had a hole in a wall, toilet paper holder broken, ac worked only for a while, could have been cleaner etc. Little things.

Hotel and room were clean and bed was comfortable. Room temperature could have been better. AC should stay set to a chosen temperature during the stay. When returning to the room the end of the afternoon, it was too warm.

Beautiful small hotel recently renovated, with local old style touch. Superb location in the old town, 5 min walk into the Castello area, with shops, restaurants, wine bars and cafes. Make sure to book the breakfast ! For that price, an astonishing choice of fresh breads, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, even cake, run by a very friendly pro waiter who will talk to you in Italian, just to let you feel where you are. Great experience!

staff extremely friendly and welcoming. they stored our bike suitcases for 3 weeks without a fee. the restaurant was great; breakfast was very good, with a large variety of offerings. location was very convenient, and the hotel was easy to find.

Lovely charming hotel in the heart of the city. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, it exceeded our expectations. Its a 30 second walk from the main restaurant scene yet far enough away that its peaceful at night. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful balcony. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

This was our first experience of a hotel-based holiday with the family and Hotel Flora was the perfect spot for a city-based experience. The staff we're so welcoming, friendly and helpful. When a few things went wrong with the facilities, those were fixed quickly and when we wanted help with arranging excursions or advice on somewhere to eat, we got some really good recommendations. The rooms (junior suite) were impressive with a good lounge space on one level and a separate bedroom up above with a spacious and well equipped bathroom. The hotel was also very close to the train station and bus terminals (walking distance), giving easy access to the local beaches and beyond. Breakfast came with the room and there was a good selection of continental and cooked breakfast available. We also ate once at the restaurant, which was a super experience, the food was great and service excellent. Truly a lovely stay, great value and thoroughly recommended.

Excellent hotel in Cagliari centro. Easy 12 minute drive to the airport. Very clean and well maintained with a friendly helpful staff. I’ve stayed here 5 or 6 times on the last day in Sardinia to be able to catch an early flight from CAG. Highly recommend.

The hotel is in a good location close to a main area with lists of restaurants however the experience could have been more pleasant. The front desk refused to give us any information regarding restaurants in town. We just came from the airport and we’re very thirsty and asked for water she said that we can find it in the room for a cost . No upgrades or perks in the VIP status. The first impression set the tone so I don’t plan on going back , maybe your experience will be better.

Old style hotel in the heart of Cagliari. Helpful staff and good location. Loved the terrace of our our room! Beds were good but a chair on the balcony is broken and not replaced. Nice bathrooms. Good breakfast. This place could be awsome if the garden patio was given some attention i.e painting, flowers and a general fix up of the reception area and so forth.

Hotel Flora is in a great location in Cagliari, close to all the sights. Best of all is their staff from the front desk to the dining room, we got the best reception. Our room was very comfortable with all the amenities. Buffet breakfast had a wide variety to satisfy any picky eater. We had dinner 2 out of the 3 nights we were in Cagliari and throughly enjoyed the dishes prepared for us. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

This was a four night stay, in two rooms. Clean rooms, informative staff. We did not receive Gold rewards for 20% off of the dinner we had, as stated in reservation. We did trust the hotel's auto rental referral, which turned into a huge mistake. The rental required payment in cash, at rate of €50 daily. The auto turned out to have bald tires, so we decided to rent for one day rather than two, and vehicle was retrieved the morning of second day. Although a refund or adjustment of some kind was requested, there was absolutely no communication or help offered from the rental folks (unprofessional) or the hotel staff who were responsible for this unfortunate referral. This is not the kind of response I would hope for from a reputable hotel (no response whatsoever). In retrospect, this could have and should have been easily handled at the Front Desk with a small adjustment or credit of some sort, to make things right. This would have left everyone involved with a good feeling rather than the feeling that you have been taken for €50. It seems only fair and reasonable, after dropping over €1100 on our hotel stay. I am sorry for the aforementioned experience at this hotel, only because it marred an otherwise pleasant stay. I rarely leave feedback of this nature, but feel that a warning to other travellers will be appreciated.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful! We upgraded to a suite with a balcony and it actually had two balconies. Both of them had fantastic views stretching all the way to the water. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything you may want to do is right there. Fantastic food options within walking distance and close to everything including the train from the airport. Beautiful hotel well appointed with antiques and local flavor. Really great spot to stay in cagliari.

Excellent customer service, clean and spacious room and bathroom, great shower, really comfortable bed. Air conditioner and fridge working well. Suggestion: electric kettle and coffee/tea in the rooms for self-service. Good breakfast and restaurant (dinner). Although it's very quiet, it is in a good location, close to many restaurants and pubs, and only a couple of minutes from the main bus station.

We enjoyed our stay. Unique and comfortable room. The in room jacuzzi for two was first class and greatly appreciate! I would definitely return.

Service and staff were excellent. Room and air conditioning, balconies, and bed - great. Very quiet. Convenient to walk to main tourist sights. Convenient to restaurants. Easy cab ride to the airport.

We got a room upgrade to a very nice room with large terrasse. The breakfast service from Cristiano was excellent and the location was really good close to restaurants and the city centre. We arrived at night on 1. May which apparently is a large festive celebration day in Sardegna, so the city center was closed off and we could not get close to the hotel by car, but managed to find a free parking spot after a while. The hotel phone number registered on hotels.com website is not up to date, so we could not call the hotel.

Lovely hotel, with period features and comfortable rooms. The staff are excellent, extremely professional and helpful. Elegant breakfast room and interiors, with good service. The hotel is very convenient in terms of walking distance to most major attractions in Cagliari, surrounded by restaurants and cafes and very near the station. Parking is available in the station. Cagliari is a fabulous city and well worth a stay being a hub for Sardinia, and best served with amazing museums, art galleries and historical attractions. Sardinia and it’s people are amazing, generous and friendly.
