Staff was great, very friendly and great service. Breakfast was delivered to our room each morning beautifully and we got to enjoy it on the balcony overlooking the breathtaking view of the Caldera. The food was very fresh and good. Room was bigger and more spacious than I thought. So beautiful, great bed and shower. We had a great sleep. The pool was so nice and had a great location, was more private than many of the pools in the are. Service there was great! Had a wonderful pizza :) We walked to Fira and more and felt we got the best view and spot in the area. Highly recommended!

This hotel was the greatest highlight of our trip to Greece. Breathtaking views, amazingly clean, discreet and polite staff that catered to all of our needs. You guys made our journey unforgettable. We will definitely come back next year!

We absolutely loved the hotel. The design of the room was very beautiful with a breathtaking view. The staff was very friendly and assisted us with carrying our bags. We enjoyed the breakfast and having it delivered to our room. Very enjoyable experience.

The water doesn't come out of the shower head correctly and the shower floor floods a bit.

the stairs are a killer on your legs and it’s surprisingly noisy. I wish the pool was heated. Staff left us hanging when booking round-trip hotel transfer. Way in was smooth, way out was paid to different company for exorbitant fee for early morning flight.

There is no proper heater in the room. We used the air conditioner at high temperature which made the room stuffy

i like everything about the property especially the staff Thomas and Ana they were al friendly, Fresh towels everyday,it was so clean I recommend

Jaccuzi is good but water was not so clean. Pool is there but cold so cant swim but generally nice stay

Excellent location with amazing view on the caldera. Outdoor whirlpool, but not much view from it. However, the pool is on the edge of the resort allowing great views. The room is spacious, clean, modern. Delicious brakfast where you can tick options of what they'll serve you at the terrace of your apartment. The hotel provides a service to take your luggage up the hill, which in case of a family we really appreciated ;-) Coctails on the bar are delicious. The service is great overall

wifi wasn't working in the room just above the bar. Indoor whirlpool was broken and smelly. Very difficult to park a car nearby, but there is a parking lot about 400m away. The other family accompanying us had a cold water in outdoor whirlpool

View was amazing. Fresh pineapple drink provided at check in. The room was very comfortable and spacious for our family. The kids loved our pool and hot tub. The view at night from our terrace was amazing and tranquil. The hotel restaurant had amazing food . All of the staff was very friendly and helpful to us and our kids. The the bartender even made my son another pineapple drink for dinner because he loved it so much. Our sunset view with dinner was beautiful.

Our room wasn't ready on time. After a long day/trip this was our last hotel/night in Greece and the room not being ready felt like a bigger deal than it normally would. My family was tired and it was unbearably hot that day. The staff did work very hard to "turn" the room over quickly for us but would have been nice to maybe sit on our terrace in the shade until they finished our room instead of outside the office in the sun. The additional twin bed was not comfortable. Just to be clear this was situational issue, partially poor planning on my part but a little extra compensation and extra consideration due to the circumstance would have been nice especially considering how highly rate this hotel is.

The staff was amazing, especially Ana!!!! She loved the kids. The view and the room were exceptional as well as the view from the restaurant and pool. There was something about the pizza that I really loved, and the burger was humongous. I could not recommend this place more. It is a must stay!!! Thank you, Ana!!

The pool inside the room was too chilly, but understand the reason (covid). Though I knew at reservation, this place is not in Oia (the famous part of Santorini) but to me its a bonus as you get a much better view and the sunset as it is in the highest part of the island. Also, there is no real crowd, which in Oia is packed day and night.

We loved the property - the view is breathtaking, breakfast is delicios, service really good. The lady working at the reception is a real diamond of service :)

We had a really bad experience on the way to the airport. The recommended time of taxi pickup was 09:45 (flight was at 11am). We were escorted to the street by a staff member. However, as the driver was not there at 10:55 we started being a bit nervous but all we got as an answer was “wait 5 minutes”. We called the receptionist, but only thing I got as an answer was “i have to check” but we never received any feedback. He then stopped answering the phone! We called another 5 times over the next 20 minutes and without any information we started stopping people on the streets to help cuz the staff who accompanied us never said anything besides of “wait 5 minutes”. The driver finally arrived at 10:17, and without apologizing drove us (instead we got a remark: “well, you got more time to spend on Santorini!”). We sprinted across the airport, cutting all the lines so caught the flight (thank God only) fully stressed out… So, zero help and information provided from the hotel on a mess that happened due to their organization. P.S. the driver was late on the pickup service as well…
