Great place for a one night stop over in Troyes. Easy walk to city centre and free parking nearby. We have stopped here several times and it’s always clean and comfortable.

I arrived at Saturday, when the reception isn't available. Checking in was very strange. I came by car and reserved a parking space. But it was never communicated which parking space I had. Until I got my envelope with a key: it also contains a map of which parking space you have. To get this key you need to get through the front door but the door is locked. The only way to get in is to use a badge, but this badge is available when you get your keys, so I was lucky other guests opened the door to get out...very confusing.
I also recommend to not use the shower...after only a short time the whole bathroom-floor is covered by water...explains the fact I was given 6 towels for a 1 night stay. Also explains the fact that there are silverfishes at the entrance.
No air conditioning or temperature-regulation: the window was already opened when I entered the studio.

A little out of town but very walkable in. The property wasn’t great at communicating parking etc before (no weekend responses) but was easy to get in. Also all comms are in French so a little difficult. Great restaurants in walking distance and very easy with the dog.

Ideal stopover and close to all the fantastic sights Troyes has to offer.
Couple of niggles- parking was extra (I clearly hadn’t read the info clearly) and it was sooooooo hot in the rooms (naively I thought that this would have been solved since so many people had previously commented on it)
Overall, it was good value and well situated.

No air conditioning was big drawback. Good location, old and new town a short walk. Many good restaurants within easy walking distance.

Clean and decent room for a short stay. Nice to have your little kitchen. The staff is helpful.
What surprised me was there were office hours for the reception. When I got there, I had to unlock a key box to check. Unfortunately, the staff sent me the wrong passcode and I got stuck in the lobby for half an hour.

This was an Okay kind of stay. I believe the rooms are used by students in term times, the rooms lacked facilities, but the staff were very helpful.
The old medieval town was the major plus with our one night stay.
We shall return to Troyes.

Great stay, just overnight en route travelling back to the uk. Very friendly staff. Pet friendly. Only criticism is it was so hot!! No air conditioning so had windows open. I think air con is definitely needed these days!!

Great place to stop overnight. Clean and safe, very functional, does exactly what it says on the tin. Town centre is easily in walking distance. For the price we paid a definite great find.
If I may pick faults, the towels are a bit flimsy a rough, but since we only stayed for one night that was not really an issue.

Great location, walking distance to the main centre. Easy to find and a good size room with a kitchen. Easy check-in for us and also there is a free parking right next to the hotel. Dog friendly also

We arrived just before the reception shut. Our room hadn't been cleaned, but the guy found us another straight away. Very roomy and well equipped. Walking distance of the town center, but 1 minutes walk to a fabulous Italian restaurant next to the Miriam hotel

Easy to find, great location near the old town (and restaurants), 15km off the autoroute. Was worried about arriving after check out closed, but clear instructions given. Nice spacious, clean appartment, ideal for my daughter and myself for one night.

Extremely hot. Room was on the side of the hotel that had the sun during the afternoon/evening and was well over 30 degrees. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning and no breeze that evening. Leaving the windows open meant we could hear all the lads riding their scooters or racing cars up and down the road outside until the early hours of the morning and then again from about 6. So we didnt manage to get much sleep. TV and Wifi were good, but no BBC News channel.

The toilet roll holder in my room was a little too close to the shower which left it at risk of being soaked. The location is a little walk from all the interesting parts of Troyes, but there are better located hotels. This is more of a short term apartment rather than a hotel.

Didnt go perfect at the beginning (they lost our reservation), but went well overall. Staff was very welcoming and corrected the mistake quickly -and dint charge us for parking!Walking distance anywhere you wanna be in Troyes. Clean, simple room with everything you need.Great for the price!

The hardness of the pillow prevented me from getting more that 3 hours sleep. Ive never experienced this before in many hotel visits over the years. I will not be staying in one of these again, which is a pity because most of the other categories were above average.

Very close to Troyes centre and able to park free of charge. Very little provided if you want to prepare your own meals. Wifi ok but not great.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Spacious, clean and well set up. Friendly staff, easy to find and onsite parking. Troyes is a beautiful city to visit.
