Very modern and clean hotel and the staff were very helpful

The air-con was not working well, not cooling properly, and not enough airflow. We asked the reception to take care of it, nothing was done. In reply we got an excuse that they are not allowed to set it to less than 24 degrees - but what about the airflow?

It’s about 15 minutes outside the center of Torino. Next to the highway but the rooms are soundproof because you do not here anything from the highway. Rooms are big and super clean Parking garage under the hotel Perfect

Hotel is located in suburb of Torino. It is perfect for going to Juventus stadion which is ten minutes drive from there. Room was very spacious and clean. We had jacuzzi but it did not work and buttons were broken. Breakfast was excellent with home made cakes and delicious warm bread. Property has underground garage.

Hotel is convenient if you want just an overnight stay. Good facilities and comfort, Check in and check out very quick and easy. Dont stay for location and character but easy access for onward travel with car.

It was just off the highway which is why we picked it. We were driving from Siena to Paris and needed to break the trip. It’s a perfectly nice property but seems to have an identity crisis, it’s a salesperson hotel that’s also trying to be a place for a ‘romantic getaway’. Very clean, comfortable bed, great staff and free parking.

Guests check-in from their car which is ok, but the person in the car in front of us had an issue so all 4 cars behind him had to wait for 20 minutes while the guest argued with the assistant. The property is clean. The staff was friendly. The bed made me very itchy - either due to soap allergy or gnats perhaps. The pillows were terrible. And the air conditioner control lights up the room. The breakfast bar was good and there was a friendly staff person there. I would not stay here though with small children as the rooms are small, and there is no outside place for them to run around. Some rooms have their own private entrance from the parking below and other design features seem to indicate that this is a place to stay with someone discreetly.

Good room size, very clean, good breakfast, nice personnel. Only point is location as there's not much things around, so you will need a car.

I was looking for a hotel that is close to the airport and has free shuttle service for the airport using Travelocity website. When I arrived at the airport I called to find out where to take the shuttle from airport to the hotel. Then to my surprise there is no shuttle service and the hotel is pretty far from the airport (about 20km one way for 45 Euro). I also googled the hotel (not Google Map) and it said the hotel is 6km away from the airport. Not sure if this is a mistake by the hotel or Travelocity but this costed me 45x2=90 Euro and more time to go between the hotel and airport. Can I get the money back from either party?

The apartment I booked was very spacious and clean having a hallway, kitchen, one bedroom, 2 bathrooms (1 of them disabled accessible) and was light flooded and with high wooded ceiling. In the kitchen there is one big table, sofa, fridge, microwave oven, oven, sink and pretty basic utensils and pans for cooking. Bedroom had a big confy bed and was pretty spatious and had 1 of the bathrooms connected to it (disabled accessible). Bathrooms were very clean, but for my dissapointment they did not had a jacuzzi as shown in the pictures... Should had more outlets placed on the walls and air conditioning and heating fan from ceiling was squicky a little bit. Otherwise, very big underground and safe parking option and very good to your choice breakfast. All good!

Room was nice. Clean and neat. The members were perferct. Breakfast was great. The dinner plates were really nice. Steak? You will be miss that Steak. Really

The check in and out is by car. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant had great food, breakfast was good too with lots of choices. The only concern was the carpet and the walls of my floor, but overall great stay and would go again.

This hotel is in a doggie area with what we later discovered were prostitutes sitting on chairs awaiting their next drive by customer. The hotel it self is secure & comfortable with great staff, the breakfast was plentiful. There is a supermarket & shops not far. Turin is about a 15min drive by car. WARNING Be on your guard in & around Turin as we got court up in a Mad guy attacking people & cars as they drove past, unfortunately our car was also in his attention & we were the subject of his anger, our car suffered damage by the metal bar he hit our car with, this was not what you would expect to have happen in a tourist place & luckily we were able to get the Police there quickly & identified the guy & had him Arrested.

It was a pleasant stay, bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean.

Close ride to the stadium. Staff was great. Afternoon front desk employee was great with helping us order delivery food, since the restaurant is closed on Sundays.

A well done structure, easy to be reached from highway, 15 minutes driving from city. Very good for business (there is nothing around). Quite and silence area, fitness available.

just what we were looking for on a brief stop near Turin. Garage parking, modern and comfortable room, good breakfast, etc.

We stayed at the hotel for two days and it was fantastic. The room and bathroom were spacious. Front desk were helpful. Parking is good. Do not suggest it if you are without a car.

No wi-fi in a room was the only issue I had with this hotel. You can still get your internet access in a reception area but such an option is not always convenient and feels so last century. Otherwise it is clean, affordable option with a hearty breakfast, provided you have a car. Staff was friendly too I must add.

Rooms need too have individual heat/cool control 😩

Terrible idea to book this hotel It's stuck in some industrial area where no one around , no Texi around just roads The rooms were pretty but so strange to use the bath nor the air conditioner both didn't wrk well The staff were a bit rude when we needed them Will never go back their .
