Room was clean and many nooks to place items. Towels were less desirable, older looking but clean. Only 1 soap in the bathroom. Work out room had decent equipment but missing wipes to clean afterwards

Two dogs were barking in a room when we arrived from a long day at the Mayo Clinic but that was quickly resolved.

Room was clean but window was cracked and it wouldn’t lock ther was no desk clerk in our building and I don’t know if they locked the door up front after 10 pm or not I didn’t go check it. Internet didn’t work in that building and the pool and ice machines were out of order. In the building with the clerk you could get a room for $20 more for internet. Still didn’t have pool or ice machine in that building either. Didn’t go to breakfast.

It is a decent hotel and I've stayed there a few times. I only saw one employee and she seemed to be able to do it all. Our room didn't get cleaned while we were there but that's okay.

This hotel is very basic but very clean. A little construction going on but, not a problem. The check in was great, very personable! The room was a good size, very clean and quiet. The breakfast was very limited but available. Waffles, bagels, bananas, granola bars, coffee and juice. Price was incredible!!!

Hotel and Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice and friendly. Hotel is going through a remodeling. So far its looks very nice and modern. Only issue was that in the morning you can hear the pipes of the shower running from upstairs.

The room was modern middle class and clean. Had a refrigerator and microwave which is a must these days.
Every thing was clean, worked, and looked good. Front staff was just one person and was very adequate.
I didn't eat the breakfast as I left quite early and was eating elsewhere for a breakfast meeting.
The price was very inexpensive and I will stay here the next time I am in town.
It is a great no frills no pain quiet and clean place to stay.

We just stayed at this newly opened Coratel Inn (previously was the Microtel), and we were very happy with the stay. Very clean throughout, very convenient location, just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, downtown Rochester and much more. Staff were accessible and helpful. Rooms were on the smaller side, but we would absolutely stay here again.

The property is nice and clean. Very nice area and away from the highway far enough to not be bothered by heavy traffic noise. Nice and easy to get to the Mayo Clinic for all our appointments. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I would definitely stay there again and recommend as well!

The room was very large, clean and quiet . Queen bed was extremely comfortable but only had three pillows. I should have asked for a fourth. The bathroom needed extra shampoo, however I got some from housekeeping. All in all, amazing for the price!

The first room I was checked into had two queens & was not the studio room I had booked online. The second room I was shown was super tiny & not what I had booked. I was finally given the room I had paid for. I was told that I was being upgraded to both of the rooms, even the studio that I had already paid for. The studio room was super dirty. It has what looked like dried up poop or Marijuana by the coffee pot. I will not be going back. I should not have to go through so much to get what I paid for & when I do get the room I want it was dirty. The only reason why I stayed in that room was because I didn't want to go through more of a hassle of getting a new room.

Could use more water pressure in the shower head. The bedding was dirty with a stain or some kinda foreign substance. And some the buttons on the tv remote either didnt work or you had to press really hard to get it to work(the guide button didnt work and i couldn't view tv guide at all, amd volume button was really hard to oush)
