A great location for shopping, buses, places to eat and nightlife. Across the road from the beach. Pleasant hotel and helpful staff. Lovely garden areas. Room was clean and housekeeping every day. Enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.

I like the hotel location it was close to shops, transport and beach. I didn’t like the noise from bars and clubs. The first room we were issued had hardly any water flow and it was cold water. The boiler had lose wires and it looked unsafe. The second room had blood stained bedsheet on the bed and the daytime staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. He had a bad attitude.

where do i start. first of I just want to say that the people working there were very kind and understanding and this review is not a reflection onto them. the hotel is rough, the beds are ok, not the mos comfortable but fine considering the price. don’t bother asking for a second pillow, they only have the small pillow inserts without pillow cases. secondly, the shower in our bedroom causes so much water leakage (they did provide extra towels) but its unreasonable. also the water feels cold fast so heads up. in another room we noticed mold on the walls covered by paint (see picture)

The only thing that was good about this hotel was the location. The photos are not accurate. They seem veryyy out dated. The people at the front desk were rude during our entire stay. The facilities were very underwhelming. The water pressure was bad, the floors were sticky, they only give you one towel and no wash cloths which was surprising. Also, when we requested a refund they refused though we had many valid reasons for asking. The wifi was terrible ! Not to mention we saw a cockroach inside the hotel too. If I could give our stay negative stars, I would. Definitely not worth the money.

The location is perfect. The staff is friendly, but feel like the hotel has no owner.

It was amazing environment that is closer to the beach and lots of activities around making it more comfortable and fun.

door to room didnt close properly, no drinking water, no shampoo, thin towels, in ground floor room outside area is exposed to communal area so need to keep curtains closed the whole time, no outside chairs provided

Overall I was very happy with my stay I enjoyed the breakfast there was a different variety of foods They had their own swimming pool which was nice The view from the room was amazing in the city centre The location was based in the city centre easy to get too and loads of shopping and food places nearby Only there isn’t any parking very close you would have to park 5-10 minutes walk away

It’s an okay place for budget travellers, however I wouldn’t recommend for someone hoping for a luxurious stay. The rooms are clean although could do with some painting on the walls due to stains, and it’s very noisy at night because of the clubs near by. Perfect air conditioning.

Dirty diaper found in room/bathroom upon our arrival. Towels were changed daily and rooms are spacious which was nice. Neighboring guests woke us up daily screaming and playing music in the hallway all night long. Was not addressed by hotel staff until myself and several others called front desk more than once on the same night when noise was extremely loud from 4 am to 5:30 am when i was told the police were called.

Just wished the pool had of stayed open for later than 6pm

Honestly the worst hotel I have ever been it, but that's probably why it is so cheap. It's at least 50 years old. I have bed bug bites on my legs and hand. Disgusting. I won 3820 Euros at the casino beside the hotel and I had left the cash inside the Hotel for few hours and it disappeared. The worst hotel possible. DO NOT STAY HERE

The location is right in the middle of everything which is a plus and a negative. The room was in need of repairs nothing worked. The AC was stuck on 21 half the plug sockets did not work the door appeared very week and I believe a good pull would open the door when it was locked.

smell of mold in the room and in the hallway. the room had cracked walls, the wi-fi did not work in the room. there is no hot water. the elevator looks like in a horror movie I DO NOT RECOMMEND !

Firstly the room was absolutely freezing! To the point we woke up shivering on the first night, had the heater on constant to try and warm up the room to no avail. The TV remote didnt work so when i finally figured out the buttons on the side of the TV, nothing was tuned in. The shower was disgusting and had hair in it which clearly hadnt been cleaned and the base of the shower was cracked and just looked awful. The hot water spat out of the taps and showers when it decided to work. We saw the same dirty stains on the stairs for days, clearly staff here have never heard of a mop! The surroundings are dirty and miserable, theres even a section you walk past to get to the bar that has about 100 empty water bottles just thrown behind a glass door, very unsightly. The only positive was i asked for a sea view room and did get a sea view room and the reception area is nice. Unlike the receptionist who checked us in, very unhelpful, didnt even realise we had paid for breakfast, no helpful information passed across, didnt even know what time check out was! It ended up being so bad and cold in the room we looked at other hotels in the area to pay extra for.

Covid may spread around the property as below critical matters Receptionists without masks Cleaning staff without masks Visitors without masks Bar staff without masks Cooking staff without masks Hence, rules must be tightened Noisy students play loudly and shout loudly until 3 am in the mornings, sometimes like playing in the park, running in the staircases, not even considerate

Good value for money I paid €25 for a room for two right next to the beach in the thick of all the action. Reading the reviews I wondered what I had booked but it was fine check in was quick room was clean it's on the sea front open water bar and bistro next door. This hotel is in the thick of the entertainment area so your expecting noise

The building was poor, no fire notices or regulations visible, poor up keep of walk ways, in the bar/restaurant areas, scrap window/door frame left out in walk way, plus broken wooden bench, mold in bathroom, cigarette buts not swept up. Basically overall looking tired and unkempt, pool steps very slippery, and being used by others from other hotels .

This is not a hotel it’s a hostal ! Yes it’s cheap but it’s also VERY VERY poor. There is damp, plaster calling off walls, we had a leaking toilet which flooded the bathroom with bad water, aircon was stuck on full, the pool doesn’t open until 10, our sea view room was of trees and the back of a building in significantly bad condition. The first room wasn’t even cleaned from the previous guests. The staff were helpful - we booked for 3 nights but only stayed for one. Breakfast room was old and not clean - food below average. The manager knows of all of the issues but doesn’t appear to care. Highly recommend you stay elsewhere - it’s not 3star and the manager and staff know this !

Great location, in need of some renovation, staff very friendly & helpful. Decent pool area. Good for the price paid.
