This property is great if you need proximity to the airport. I arrived on a late evening flight and was flying back out in the morning. The shuttle service was very accommodating, waiting for me while I got my tourist visa.

Very stylish and comfortable restaurant with excellent waitstaff. Large extremely comfortable rooms and beds. Nowhere to walk around in the neighbourhood because it’s just industrial near the airport but Overall welcoming and quiet airport hotel. Would gladly stay again passing through Santiago

Despite the English name, very few members of staff speak English.
One of the ground floor rooms had an external door that wouldn’t lock. Over the phone the staff didn’t understand the problem. When I went to reception, I put the issue into Google translate, straight away the staff offered to change the room and move the luggage.
The rooms were spacious, however a lack of carpets etc meant that a noise in a room can be heard in many of the surrounding rooms.

Transfer service was waiting for us at the airport. They load, unload, and take your luggage all the way to your room. The staff at the hotel has all of our paperwork ready and check in was a breeze. The property itself is beautiful and very convenient if flying into VVI. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were huge and all had balconies overlooking the magnificent pool. The staff was attentive. We loved our stay.

Tried repeatedly to set up a ride with the airport shuttle but the property never responded to me so I had to take a taxi. I chose this hotel because they offered the airport shuttle. The bed was comfortable and room was clean, but the hairdryer was smoking when I turned it on and looked as if it might be burning, so was unable to use that. Was woken up by fireworks that sounded like they were going off at the pool right by my room at like 0800, followed by loud chanting/celebrating, not sure what was going on. Wasn’t informed of any amenities or breakfast on arrival, the lady at the desk did t know any English so the language barrier may have been the problem there. Was able to take the airport shuttle in the morning.

This is a good choice if you need to be close to the airport. Otherwise this hotel has nothing particularly attractive and for the same price you have much better alternatives in the center.

Hotel is a 3-star hotel at best. Room condition ok, nbut rest of the hotel is really run-down and in desperate need of remodeling. Room price is outrageous for the condition of hotel and facilities. Dining is bad and service average at best.

Normally a nice property, but my we were made to wait an hour at the airport for the shuttle that takes 5 minutes. When there, they couldn't find the reservation, and in the end they put us in the wrong type of room.

Friendly services, convenient location near the VVI airport and included transfer to and from the airport. Food rather disappointing specially the included breakfast. Lots of carbs and non proteins besides some scrambled eggs.

The main perk of this property is its proximity to Santa Cruz airport, and the free shuttle is very good. Our stay was limited to 10pm to 5am so we couldn't benefit from the free breakfast or the pool, which looked nice. Rooms were cavernous and had a balcony door that didn't lock. Free coffee in the morning didn't come out of the container and there were no cups or milk/sugar etc. Receptionists seemed a bit confused. But for an overnight stay when you have a connection at VVI, this is a great choice. For other kinds of stays, I can't comment.

Its right across from the airport. If you have to over night in Santa Cruz then its great.
2 things are not good.
1. no elevator so if you have a second floor room you need to go up strairs
2. small van for airport pick up. They were on time and efficient but simply 4 passengers with bags is all the van can carry.

Pickup Service at VVI was perfect. Return was twice postponed. When arriving the receptionist was partwise not able to understand English. Finally we got what we were asking for. Unfortunately we got only one key-card. The room was huge and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Sockets to charge the cellphone were lousy placed. The bath was sufficient and clean. The pool area and the pool were clean and really warm. Breakfast was poor even for a local 5* hotel. The restaurant offered a good choice of meals for reasonable (for European cheap) prices.
