It was a great place to stay for us big rooms kids loved it. Morrisons 2 mins away only thing was never met any staff

The place was great but i think it could do with some maintenance. The paint in the 2nd bedroom and the bath seals gone so it leaks. But these didn't spoil our stay

Aparatment is large, nice and it is in a good location. However there are some problems which I communicated to the host yet received no reply. 1. Wifi is too weak to stream or taking video calls. TV remote also doesn't work properly to allow the smart functions to properly work 2. Oven isn't extremely slow. Getting to tempeature takes at least 30 mins so trying to cook dinner after work is a very long process.

Best place I have stayed in Barrow in Furness I will always try to book Waterview Apartments 1st when in Barrow

Excellent comms up front and easy check in. Apartment was lovely, clean and warm. Great value for money and flexible check out thank you. The only niggle was the mattress being less forgiving than my own

The apartment was clean and well kept, the bedding and towels were clean and excellent quality.The oven kept tripping the electrics in the kitchen but wasn't a problem once we realised. The only issue was the apartment was booked for 5 people and was advertised for 5 but there were only 4 chairs! We had to use the arm of the sofa for the 5th chair.There was also plenty of space for 2 small children to colour and play out of the kitchen area.We would stay here again.

Don't be misled by the name "Waterview", there is no water view, especially if you are on the lower floors. The rooms are spacious and bright, however some of the sheets were stained, and so were the coffee mugs because there is no dishwasher. The view from our windows led to a parking lot of a joinery. The advertise the place as having free parking, however there are only 3 spots (for 8 apartments I think) and no permits are given so nothing to stop other people from parking there. Since we could not find a space, we had to park a few minutes walk away and move the car as it was only free till 8am. Reception is in the front of the building while the entrance is in the rear so it is quite inconvenient having to do a back and forth. Book this place if you are on a budget, although I paid a steep price owing to the current demand but I don't think I will stay here again.

Clean, tidy and functional. Perfect for short breaks. Highly recommended.

Easy access to BAE and Morrison both within short walking distance. The apartment has all the basics that you need - knives, pots, pans etc. but they all need renewing. I had to wedge the knife block under the frying pan handle because it was so misshaped I had to keep pressure on so it got hot. The classic rental apartment problem of no sharp knives - I mean a knife sharpener costs £10 and you could fix them all!That brings me onto the bed, sleep-able but they need new mattresses and bedding desperately.

The host was fantastic, she was very helpful, but the location and quality of the accomodation wasn't great. It didn't help that we only got there at 10pm and the area didn't seem too safe, especially with two young children. The apartment wasn't the same as the picture, it didn't have curtains and the walls were marked all over. The shower was blocked up and allowed us just a couple of minutes before we had to switch it off to save the water going over the edge of the base. The bottom few tiles of the shower were in need of repair a new grout. That all being said the beds were comfy and the kids loved the big tv in the morning! The host came out late to let us in and she was very pleasant to deal with.

Waterview was a great apartment, very clean & great comfort. Central to the township & supermarket close by. One needs to be able to carry your suitcases however up some flights of stairs. All good

Great apartments which I would quite happily stay in again. Massive amount of space compared with a hotel and all of the facilities you need in your room (Full Kitchen, Lounge, Dining Area etc.....).

Didn't see anyone from the complex, communication by email and the friend we were visiting picked up the keys for us. Barrow is very walkable and this apt is about 15 minute walk from the train station. Everything you need is there to prepare own meals etc. Spacious bathroom and living area. Basic and clean, met our needs nicely for 4 adults.

Contact was very responsive and quick to help. Was an excellent location close to transportation, grocery stores and restaurants. Would certainly stay here again.

Overall very nice apartment very clean and comfortable, we were on the top floor so there was a lot of stairs to climb because no lifts in the building, also very limited car park space max three cars space, for 12 apartments, so had to park in adjoining car park that does not belong to the apartments, and last of all to many nesting pigeons on the windows making all sorts of noises, but apart from these minor thing a great place loads of restaurants and eateries and supermarket on the doorstep

The apartment kitchen had all he facilities required, was very clean and tidy. The Living room had a nice size TV and comfortable coach. The bedrooms were very average but tidy. Bathroom was in immaculate condition. Staff were friendly. As we had kids it was a bonus for them as they plenty of space to run around, and also to have healthy meals cooked in a kitchen, instead of eating out everyday. The only issue I has were that there old mattresses on the beds and at the price we paid I did expect that the hotel would change them annually (at minimum).

Lovely place stay, nicest place in Barrow by far.

Lovely comfortable apartment. We stayed on the ground floor which was easier with the children but not much of a view and the only windows were in the living room. It was overall very clean but the bathroom could have been cleaner. We would stay again. Very convenient for South Lakes Zoo.

What can I say?! Comfy, safe, clean, quiet, washer/dryer, full kitchen, stocked with tea bags, coffee and sugar, WiFi, TV, so close to town, large living area, nice and helpful staff.
