Kind of shabby property; restaurant not open, front desk staff not very friendly,not at all welcoming, too expensive for type of property; asked for early check-in and said they had no rooms available for that-was definitely not fully occupied; unexpected charges at check-out; would not return

Its was okay, toilet was clogged. Bathroom was very small.

We stayed on the Motel side this year. We enjoyed a room with a patio. Loved how close it was to the beach and the boardwalk. Room was clean and nice.

The unit was spacious and the location was perfect. There was a kitchenette and living area on the first grand a bedroom upstairs. The air conditioner in the bedroom did not work and the windows did not open. The heat upstairs was unbearable. We notified maintenance but nothing was done about it. There were other small problems like bulbs that needed replacing but the lack of air conditioning with no outside air coming in 85 degree weather was a serious problem. We were four people who arrived in two cars. Only one car was allowed in the parking lot. The second car had to find street parking. We were told that there were no vacancies so we couldn’t get a second spot. We stayed for three nights and there were plenty of vacant parking spots each day and each night.

Affordable place to stay, hotel is cleaned. Could use some upgrades in the pool bathroom area outdoor. In our room, 318, the tile above the shower head looks like it might fall down. The sauna and steamwell did not look like it worked that well also. Good food at the hotel is a plus. Customer service was excellent.

All in all a great stay, awesome location property does need an update..

The hotel was old and smelled musty. Overpriced for what you get. At the rate we payed, we expected more.

We stayed here with our 3 young children to enjoy a beach weekend with low expectations for a jersey shore hotel. This exceeded my lowest expectations. I found ants on my daughters food bag that I put on the dresser and on all our toiletries by the bathroom sink. The bedroom smelled so bad we had to call to have someone clean the air conditioner (I have videos of how dirty the units are) which delayed putting my babies to bed making everyone miserable. the staff even said it was really dirty and did their best to clean everything. After 2 cleaning attempts it still smelled of mold and the front desk didn’t have a room to move us to. Even basic windows and countertops had dead bugs and dirt. Lucille I cleaned the floors and areas my daughters would touch myself. We had to stay in the room with our kids who are now all congested with stuffy noses. We all have mold allergies and I’m beyond annoyed that this room was in this bad of shape. Not only was it repulsive but it was costly I don’t understand how they think it’s ok to charge over $1000 for 2 nights when the room is in this condition. Overall the location was nice and close to the boardwalk which is what we came for it was unfortunate that we couldn’t use the room. I have reached out to the staff to express my concerns several times during the trip and am hoping to come to a resolution. Do not stay at this place with kids it’s said to be family friendly resort and that is just not true. It’s your typical dive motel.
