The hotel is beautiful. The beach club is amazing.

Check in was slow and manual and overall service slow. Also, the hotel beach area was covered in seaweed and we could not swim

First night room got completely flooded with rain water. Ac never worked dispute staff came to fix it. The whole room smell like drain water (poop). I told the staff 3 times. They did nothing. Extremely expensive for their service and accommodations. Will not recommend or stay again

The service was slow and not good. The hotel shares the private beach with a club that plays music all day. Nothing private here.

We were very pleased with this property. However, they charge. 200 euros for beach service, which came as a surprise since it’s a Beach Hotel. Otherwise 5 stars. Not really sure whose fault this is Expedia or the hotel for not being g more clear.

I would only give 5 stars because of the cleaning staff! Those ladies are wonderful and work around the clock. As for everything else, very average.

Wonderful property, amazing grounds. Great staff, very hospitable, helpful and charming. Amazing private beach. Overall a gem of a hotel, definitely worth coming back and experiencing this amazing resort.

Beach was fantastic!!! BUT beware they charge you an additional 200€ per room and per day to use the beach facility despite you paying the hotel room. You need car or taxi to get to old town.

This is a hidden gem!! The beach is absolutely gorgeous, Hotel is beautiful, but the food way too expensive when ordering by the beach, I don't recommend that. I have to say we loved our stay here and would definitely go back. Room was small but very clean and updated, the breakfast which was included was amazing. You need a car in this area because nothing is walking distance from the hotel and taxis are not easy to get unless the hotel orders you one. Would definitely recommend this place

Easy drive from Bari, loved all the food from breakfast to dinner. Room had a fantastic ac and got super cold which we loved.

Great location on the beach, quit, clean, friendly staff. You need to have your own transportation, 10 minutes driving from the city center. We stayed 5 nights, definetely will go back.

This hotel is excellent for resting. There is no bar, no area with music nor entertaining program. The bathrooms are very small, uncomfortable and inconvenient for the price. However, the hotel and the surroundings are beautiful, very clean, quiet, and has the best staff.

Great position..helpful staff.Could have more comfortable seating areas and change the menu now and again !We did not have a car and ate in 4 nights.

Location to beach was good. However the hotel was looking very tired and in need of a complete make over. There needs to be a hub such as a piano bar. There is nothing here so you need a bar where you can socialise with other guests.

The best beach in the whole area . Lovely staff who were very happy to help in any way . Although our stay was at the end of season and there was limited help on the beach and no night life whatsoever. The location was perfect to explore the area and go into Polignano every night .Beautiful holiday

the location was excellent - breakfast was on the terrace overlooking the bay - really stunning - would not hesitate to return to the hotel

The highlight of this hotel is the lovely setting and views from the terrace where you have breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was very good with a large selection of pastries, meats ,fruit etc. The private beach is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas( late September) The rooms are spread round a garden area and although the plants and trees are lovely, the walls and paving areas are a bit tired. Our room was clean comfortable bed and with a lovely newly decorated bathroom however it was a bit dark as we only had a small window looking out to part of the garden and wall area. Because of the permanent shutter blinds on the window we couldnt get much light into the room without opening the windows fully which would have allowed people to see in. We were only there for one night so it was fine. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Lovely hotel experience.Room newly refurbished, great shower and cleaned daily.Reception staff were lovely and really helpful.Breakfast was enough.We were here for 4 days at easter and was overall great.Beyond 4 days.... breakfast may be monotonous, facilities for enjoying outdoors not evident but probably due to early season.Dinner unfortunately could not be recommended based on price ,choice and quality. Would certainly visit again.

This is a beautiful property with a private beach in a wonderful spot. The room was spacious with a nice balcony. The bed was comfortable but there was lipstick on my pillowcase. The walls were very thin, could hear our noisy neighbors coming and going, slamming the doors when opening and closing. The breakfast was basic but the views were amazing from the terrace. With a little soundproofing and better cleaning could be perfect. About five kilometers or less from center of Polignano.
