Awesome property, if you like a good walk you can walk to the Acropolis from here.

Property was nice and clean as expected.

Much too noisy in the room due the big avenue nearby. Earplugs are needed

Very convenient and walking distance to Syggrou fix station,a neat hotel with superb reception staff who assisted me as well as restaurant staff.

A decent deal for Athens. Very basic hotel if you stay for one or two nights.

Stuff is very friendly and very kind :)) BUT the room and the bed were very small ! No place to open 2 luggages, small queen size bed ! For Double-Room the size must be bigger like the Photos shown by expedia !!! Bathroom smells like Public bathrooms AND the windows dont isolate the outside noise !! We didnt expect this from 4Stars Hotel !!!

Close to the Shuttle buses for the Athens Marathon but beer was heavily priced at €5 for heiniken a bottle

Another great stay at Athens Avenue hotel. Rooms spotless and especially the bathrooms. Great breakfast products and lovely staff.

Stayed here for one night. Hotel was clean, check in process efficient, staff very accommodating. Room modern wIth large bathroom, little traffic noise. Would stay there again.

It as a beautiful hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The only problem with the hotel is the area. Didn’t feel comfortable walking at night there

Very cute boutique hotel. Clean, stylish, very helpful staff. My only issues were the condition of the towels and the lack of wash cloths. The neighborhood was filled with hotels, but it was a bit dicey at night.

Lovely hotel, great staff, would recommend & stay again.

My room is in the 9th floor and very noisy. The window is not properly shut and I can feel the wind when I stand by the window. Therefore the car noise is very evident. The sound proof is poor and I can hear interesting noise from the neighbor room. The room cleaning is ok and the breakfast is good. The room is also a little small, especially the bathing place.

The staff were very friendly and the reception was very competent, the General Cleanliness of the hotel was good food for the prices was excellent. the only negative area to have a slight moan about would be the heavy traffic from the main road but if you think about the advantages that buses are close taxis are available and the city center is less that 4km away then I managed to live with it.

Very courteous and helpful staff. We had an early flight on the day we were leaving and when we checked out the lady working the desk had us a breakfast box ready. Lots of good restaurants around the hotel as well.

Fantastic hotel for the price. When I have booked the hotel, I was looking for a hotel within budget and booked the Avenue hotel. I was positively surprised by the room size (I was upgraded upon check-in though). The room was sparkling clean and the service was great. The breakfast was tasty with a lot of options. The street the hotel is located on might not be the best one for families but not a problem for single travelers. I had no experience of being bothered or see anything that's family unfriendly when at the hotel or just waiting for a taxi in front of the hotel. Though if you walk 5 minutes on the hotel street, you will hit some of the family none friendly places mentioned by others. Those can be avoided though by taking taxis right from front of the hotel

Very nice hotel. Blonde woman with red glasses up front very nice, however it’s very far from the city centre so there isn’t much to do and you pay a fair bit in taxis or have to walk far.
