Great hotel, v friendly and fantastic breakfast

Absolutely lovely stay to break up our journey down to Cornwall. Great room, amazing breaakfast and wonderful host. Would highky recommend

Beauitful B&B, clean, cosy and fabulous breakfast. Pub opposite for evening meal was also great. Kids had loads of fun in beer garden and loved the lego at the B&B. Easy distance for airport. Would book again, very convenient for a young family.

Graham’s place was very comfortable and clean. The linens and furnishings were high quality. There was attention to detail throughout our stay. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh, and top quality.

Graham was an excellent host, very welcoming and obviously really cared about making sure his guests felt at home and had a lovely experience. Beautiful fresh bread and homemade jam added to a lovely breakfast. We were in the green room which was a really good size with a fabulous bathroom. The double glazing obviously works well too, we didn't hear a thing all night! Would certainly go back.

If you have a car, I highly recommend staying at B & B Manor. The location is quiet and well-maintained. Breakfast is good and especially the homemade jams. We were 4 people and the bedroom was spacious. There was a lot of attention to detail that you would not find at a hotel. Food, living room, great sheets. It also had a nice size bathroom.

By far one of the best B&B experience we had, the place was lovely, the quiet allowed some beautiful sleep and the breakfast is the cherry on the cake, freshly prepared English breakfast, a truly delicious breakfast, with homemade jams from garden fruits (which you can buy and take back home!)

It was nice. Especially the breakfast and access to coffee machine. Only issue was that we would have preferred a double bed as was not too comfortable on the twin.

Perfect place for or trip to Cheddar. Lovely room, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was wonderful and the hot drinks facility was an excellent addition too. Thank you Graham for making our stay so good.

Excellent B and B

Graham the owner made us feel very welcome. Homemade preserves and bread at breakfast. Large choice of food. Would go back if in the area.

Was a really lovely B&B and Graham was so accommodating in letting us check in early before we went to a wedding nearby. Room was very clean with some lovely touches and great to have a proper coffee machine for use in the lobby. The smell of freshly baked bread is amazing there too. We were off to see family so didn’t have breakfast but 9.15 is very early to stop cooked breakfast on a weekend would be the only thing to improve on I think

Very nice stay and breakfast

Excellent little B&B. The room we chose was spacious with lovely features such as traditional fireplace and large free standing bath. The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. I found the bed/mattress a little uncomfortable but I am very fussy about that kind of thing and it is very subjective. Had a lovely soak in the bath though and the shower was also excellent. We were greeted as we arrived and made to feel very welcome. The host had ensured that our dietary requirements were catered for, both in the room and at breakfast. The breakfast was very generous and extremely tasty. We also purchased some james and marmalade which are made by the owner and these are highly recommended.

We spent one night here and were delighted with every aspect of our stay from the super cute and authentic Copper room to the amazing array of delicious food for breakfast, homemade jams and bread being a real highlight. Graham’s attention to detail is spot on and we would love to stay here again if the opportunity ever arose.

Lovely property not far from Cheddar. Room was very comfortable and well finished with all the facilities we could want including mini fridge. Breakfast was excellent with lots of delicious home made elements. Grahame was a great host and very helpful. A nice pub over the road and walking distance to a couple more in the next town over. Would happily stay again.

Beautifully restored and modernised but still some charm and character of the original building. Clean apartment, spacious and good, working facilities. Public dining and relaxation areas were a nice touch, as was the free bean to cup coffee machine with numerous choices of hot beverages. Breakfast was also well presented and tasted lovely and a plentiful choice of other options available too.

Myself and my partner stayed here for a night, and ended up really enjoying our stay so we booked again for the following night. We really couldn’t fault the B&B, it was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and the late night check in was easy. Everything was well thought out, and the coffee machine in the lobby was a lovely touch (which made delicious hot chocolate). Breakfast both mornings was great, and the homemade bread and jams were both very nice additions. We were really impressed with the jams that we ended up taking some back home with us. Graham was super attentive at breakfast both mornings, clearing away any used plates, and topping up the continental area as needed. I’d say the only downfall was that we could hear a fair bit of noise from our room. For example on our second night the guests staying in the room opposite arrived back to their room in the early hours of the morning, and we could hear them arguing, slamming doors, walking around on the wooden floorboards in high heels etc, so we struggled to sleep for a few hours that night. But don’t let this put you off staying at this B&B (I’m sure most guests would have more respect and this isn’t a common issue!) Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, the B&B is situated in a good location - very close to cheddar. It’s spotless, has comfy beds, a good shower and the breakfast is great. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous place to stay . Graham is a great host - rooms are spotless and beds very comfortable. Free tea and coffee in the lounge available until 9pm . The home cooked breakfast is delicious. Can’t fault this accommodation. Highly recommended.

The owner is very friendly and accommodating. He provided a bed rail for our little boy. Nice little garden. Amazing breakfast with a good selection of home made products, cereals and yoghurts. I purchased a jar of home made jam as it was so nice. I would definitely recommend this B&B.

Exceptional B & B, warm welcome, lovely room, nice and quite considering on a busy road but no noise at all! Graham a great host with nothing too much trouble and a great breakfast - would stay again if in the area

This was a lovely little B&B, a stones throw away from Cheddar Gorge. The facilities were great, with a spacious, clean bedroom and also a communal area with refreshments and board games. Graham, the host, was very attentive and served a home made cooked breakfast, accompanied by home made bread and jams. Plenty of parking, too!

We were met by Graham who made sure we had all of our needs met. We stayed in the family room, which had proper beds for us all (not camp beds or sofa beds). Thoughtfully there was a nightlight (which we chose to use), a childs toilet seat option and thick blackout curtains. We used the small garden and the family lounge. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice.

The hotel is spotless and Graham a very attentive host. The room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious. With the window open at night traffic can be noisy. Overall a very nice place to stay and the food in the New Inn pub close by was also very good.

Great B&B in many aspects. A little noisy if you like to sleep with open windows.
