Great property and location. The only challenge is that bedrooms only sleep 6 people, so if your party is larger, like ours, people are sleeping in the lounge.

I dont understand how expedia allows them to advertise as a si gle property when they manage multiple sites in multiple lications. The ad is at least misleading. I would not recommend staying there, aby three srar hotel you’ll be better off.

The rental itself was clean but the neighbor continued to harass us as tourists. Screaming at us night and day, calling us names, waiting for us to arrive home to threaten to call the police on us for no reason, and being discriminating. It made me feel unsafe and worried to return.

Air conditioning doesn’t work and that day was too hot over there and pro and the inside temperature was 92 We called them both so now it’s all set and it’s not working properly

Great Spot especially if traveling with kids. Walking distance from Tourist attractions. I was hesitant to book this place at first but ended up being a great choice.

Very nice property. It is in the heart of the old city so you can walk to all the sites and restaurants. We were there during the 95 degree heat and the AC worked really well. The water pressure is not great although we found that a lot in Italy. It is on the 4th floor and although it does have a very small elevator which stops directly onto the balcony of the apartment, there were times we couldn't make it work. Likely a better place to stay for people who don't mind taking stairs if needed. The property owners/company were very nice and responsive if you call/text them.

Location location location. We stayed at the charming Guelfa suite. Super quaint and given its historical.location and condition, one can't help but genuinely appreciate its more rustic charm and magic. Close to everything including train station. Super convenient small kitchen with washer. Only challenge was the toilet which I'm sure has since been resolved.

This apartment felt like home away from home. It was spacious with plenty of beds for our family of 5. It was clean and within walking distance of all the sites. I highly recommend.

Good location and basic room. AC was not on when we arrived and we were extremely hot and tired. Communication was pretty good but when traveling with a family it is nice to be able to drop luggage off when you arrive before official check in. We needed more flexibility with arrival time. We appreciated the later check out time the next day though. Overall good…but missing more flexibility when traveling with children. Missing that hotel experience for the price we paid.

This was the perfect apartment for Florence. It was in an excellent location, was spacious, clean, and fit our needs perfectly. We were traveling with teenagers, and there was enough room for us to spread out a bit. Definitely recommend it.

Beautiful property, very clean, perfect location

Situated right in the heart of Florence next to the Piazza del Duomo, this property was very convenient and walkable to all of the sites in the area. The owner was friendly and gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We had plenty of room for our family of four and loved looking out the windows at the activity in the streets below.

Unbeatable location, the rental has all you need for a great stay in downtown Florence. The host was very efficient and flexible with our check in (thank you). Overall highly recommended for exploring the city

There were severe infestation of bed bugs on the sofa bed - enough to take pics of the bed bugs and the bug bites on my daughters torso!! The shower had hot water only for 3 min before becoming cold. The staff were friendly, the towels were good quality but the place was a dump. Ckc

Property conveniently located to duomo however property needs attention. Shower leaks from both glass doors so we used up all our towels trying to keep water contained. There’s water damage on walls under air condition units. Property was spacious and was easy to communicate with management.

The mini corso suite was the perfect space for the two of us. The location couldn't be better and we enjoyed the outdoor space. Having the kitchenette and a second sink was a nice bonus. The skylight in the bathroom was magical.

Hotel was eh...... conveniently located and walkable to whatever you want.

Great location near the Ponte Vecchio Bridge. To be honest, we were not pleased to find out that the location was not what was advertised but it turned out for the better. Diego was the perfect host and showed us everything we needed to know. The only thing that could have been better would have been a longer stay for us!

Great location, but poor communication with host (answered first message one day later) and was not informed about elevator not working (4 floor climb) until we got there. Bed was not the best.

Nice, clean rental on busy street. Could have used more bed pillows as the 1 provided for sofa bed was flat.

The location was great everything we wanted to see was in short walking distance . Everything was close . Really only issue was it is a bit small , mattress was not very comfortable get a new one and all would have been better . The little extra room had 2 chairs but TV was in main room with bed so sat on bed to watch a movie . I know there’s not much you could do with the size but we did have fun sitting on patio and watching the crowds . Loved Florence would recommend highly .

1 min from Ponte Vecchio. Outstanding location and very nice space. 2 bedrooms with on suite bathrooms. Laundry and kitchen. Accommodated family of 5 perfectly.

Not much kitchen stuff to use, bathroom is old, door makes noise, lots of mosquitoes, we were badly bitten, got rashes and itching.

Mold, dirty, and unsafe. Not a good neighborhood. The photos on the website are misleading. 5 locks on the door, broken shutters, poor lighting, light bulb burned out, dishwasher stinks, mold in bathroom, dirty around the toilet, and caution tape pealing off the stairs. The stairway to the apartment was scary and unsafe. We were very disappointed and told management and they were willing to move us for a fee the next day. We could not move due to yours. Don't book.

Location was amazing

Newly furnished in a central location. Bed a little too soft for us, and more hooks to hang towels and toilet papers would have been nice. Had some trouble learning how to use the electronic appliances since no English manuals were available. No reception desk so communication with staff was always remote, although he generally responded within 10-20 minutes — ok with us but not ideal in case of emergencies. In general a pleasant stay. Would recommend to people with high mobility, independence and no language barrier.

Oh my!!! This apartment is amazing. Such cool furnishings and architectural details. It was a highlight of our stay in Florence. One thing to keep in mind - the bedroom on the left tends to be a little loud since it faces an active restaurant on the street.
