Repeat stay for Dodger series. Staff are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Area is being renovated so many upgrades have made the area most enjoyable.

I wish they would let us know when there is a party they makes the bar inaccessible. I would not have booked this room had I known that.

Great stay, no changes needed

We stayed at The Maven in August 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Great location. Cool vibe. Very convenient. However, when we came back this time to continue our home search, we were hit with a few big no-nos that really soured our stay. First - you have to request housekeeping, which is completely fine. However, we did and no one came to clean the room. Second - perhaps the worst issue. The Maven uses a key system that ties to an app on your phone. That app acts as your key to access the elevators and your room. Since I made the reservation, neither my son nor my husband's name was on the reservation. However, they were both provided "keys" to their phone numbers/phones as well. My husband and I were at the bar and I decided to head upstairs at 10:30. Phone didn't work. So - I had to get them to give me a key, no sweat. When my husband tried to come upstairs at 11:50, his phone didn't work. The front desk told him that I had changed access and that they couldn't give him a key. No call to the room. No verification that he had a "key" previously. Nothing. So he had to get another room to stay in. When I awoke around 5am and noticed he wasn't there - I went downstairs where they told me what had happened. Unacceptable. Needless to say they refunded the other room, but what crappy service.

Great location near Coors Field with great restaurants, food & drink!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms were comfortable, clean, and stylish. The location was great. Having the market and alley with shops and bars was so fun and convenient. The free happy hour for Hotels.com rewards members was a great perk! But overall, the best part of our stay was the staff! They were incredible: friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to answer questions and provide recommendations. We will definitely stay here again and recommend The Maven to anyone staying in Denver!

The location of The Maven was ideal. Walking distance to Coors Field, Union Station, the convention center and the Pavilion at 16th St Mall. The hotel itself is super cool with tons of places to eat and drink. Free coffee at Huckleberry every morning and cocktail hour 4-6 every evening with a token for a free drink. Additional discounts including buy 2 drinks at Poco Lola get an appetizer for free. Overall an amazing experience

Hotel is very nice. Our room was dusty, corners of room were not vacuumed properly! Windows were dirty! For the price of staying there I would expect more cleaning to be done! Bath tub would drain very slow! Staff were very nice!

I liked it all

The hotel was fine, and it was nice that it was 2 blocks away from Coors Field, which is why we stayed there. However, there was a bar/nightclub directly below our room that was incredibly loud. We could not even think about sleeping until it closed at midnight.

All of the dining options, free drink for happy hour, if there was anything to complain about it would be the towels. They were rough.

Convenient, walkable location with many dining options nearby. Appreciated the cleanliness, decor, complimentary happy hour from the Airstream trailer in the lobby, and water bottle filling stations. Only dislike was excessively loud air conditioner

When a guest calls the front desk to advise that they are going out for the day and would like their room cleaned, and you say “no problem sir we’ll take care of that for you” and then they get back to find it still a mess? Smarten up. Also your in-room coffee system is so complicated, Alan Turing probably had an easier time figuring out how to crack German codes during World War II. Get Keurig and get a clue.

Very nice place to stay?

Thought I chose an area with more walkable restaurants and artsy shops. I think RiNo and LoDo would’ve been better for our stay, but the hotel is great.
