My stay began in a small room with a very noisy HAC unit. The hotel promptly switched my room when I asked and gave me a very comfortable room instead.

Just stayed overnight. It was very clean, friendly staff and in a great location. We had the dog and it was convenient to a park. I would recommend highly.

My stay was for business and after a short wait for my room, i was able to get in and relax. There was a bowl of fresh fruit in the room and i received a credit at the restaurant for the delay of my room.

The stay at The Darcy was amazing. I am always leery of city hotels, but the staff here are doing it right. The room and building were both clean, and we were ALWAY greeted with a bright "Welcome back!" regardless of the time of day. We will absolutely be staying here again, and I would HIGHLY recommend their hotel for anyone visiting DC.

Recently refurbished hotel. Nicely done. We were upgraded to a suite that was generously sized and comfortable.
Service is outstanding here. Ski in the bar and Angga at breakfast could not have been nicer or more helpful. Nia and Joy arranged for our VIP room upgrade

I feel bad giving 3 stars because every staff member was so kind. There were a few significant problems which I wish I knew before I booked. 1- the bathroom is the smallest room I have ever seen in my life! You literally can sit on the potty- wash your hands in sink and your feet in the shower all at the same time. 2- room service closes at 10 pm… this is very difficult since most of DC shuts down restaurants around the same time. We were there for a family event and were out every night until 10 so we either ate nothing for dinner or chips from front desk! The breakfast was delicious but was never totally correct (one day missing silverware so by the time we got utensils our food was cold). Like I said staff was kind and apologetic for issues but I would not stay again.

The hotel had a great location just outside of DuPont Circle and close to so much. Easy 15 min walk to the monument area. Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Room and hotel was beautifully decorated and the bed was super comfy. Definitely recommend & would stay again

Booked a king. Got a double. Had to switch rooms. Front desk was rude. Pictures are misleading. Room was smaller and more compact than led to believe.

The only negative about our trip was storage space. The only available space was a smallish closet, and 2 drawers in a night stand. Otherwise, the staff was VERY nice from the valet/doorman, the desk clerks and cleaning staff.

Stayed for 4 nights on our trip. The location was good, the accommodations comfortable. The price was competitive. The only minor inconvenience was the size of the bathroom, but not significant. What really stood out was the customer service exhibited by every employee we came in contact with. That alone would lead us to choose this hotel again. Well done.

Very well located with easy access to most of the offices and tourist options. The hotel is very safe and there are many food options ranging from Tapas Bars to local food. The only hitch is the parking in the hotel is pretty steep and will cause a dent to your pockets.
Overall a nice place to stay and I will definitely choose it but with a different parking space.

The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. They always went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. The hotel was super clean and the bed’s were like sleeping on a cloud.

This was an excellent choice, the room clean, bed very comfortable, staff very friendly. Great restaurant. Bathroom was a bit too small, wish they had onsite parking (valet parking was a bit expensive).

The amenities fee charged at checkout is a hidden cost especially when you've paid and booked in advance. It is in the T&C but it's unfair to get charged extra on departure.
Housekeeping missed our room one day altogether, no body wash in shower, toilet seat lose.
Nice decor and location but would not have booked based on additional costs.

Great service! a surprise variety of fruits on the table was really a great gesture. Mr. D. Wong is awesome for letting me checked in early plus complimentary cocktails ❤️ and greeted nicely by the people on the front was wonderful ❤️

I was not happy about not being told about the additional incidentals fee. They just charged it. I paid extra to pay at property but they charged 1 night 2 days before my stay. I paid amenities fees on my booking but then was told there was an additinal amenities fees per night

Night desk assistant tries to be nice but is unprofessional ; claps, sings, talks incessantly. Someone needs to advise him on behavior. Calm him down. I found it quite disturbing to be in the lounge after 8 pm

I enjoyed Brandi and Daheem at the bar immensely. When I asked a cleaning person for extra coffee pods she was extremely gracious and helpful. This was a wonderful stay, highly recommended!!
