Very easy to get to from the airport. Very modern design. Rooftop Pool is a bit small and the bar shut at 5 pm just before the sunset. Some entertainment would be welcome as it’s a taxi ride into Palma centre.

Had a wonderful one night stay to celebrate husband's 50th birthday. Arrived around midnight, quick 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. The hotel is modern and minalist in style. It does have a more business feel to it rather than family holiday but we loved the styling of it. Spotlessly clean. Stayed in a standard double room. Comfortable beds and good quality RITUALS toiletries in the bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion) that smelled lovely, perfect if you are travelling with just hand luggage. We used the roof top pool in the afternoon which was small but perfect for a quick dip to cool down. Towels are provided by the hotel and as we had already checked out we were allowed to change and shower in the spa before and after swimming. Buffet breakfast was very good with a good choice of hot and cold. As a vegetarian, I had no problem and I did notice a gluten free section too if needed. Champagne was a lovely touch at breakfast for a special celebration. Plenty of seating and tables being constantly cleared. Taxis from hotel easily accessible. You can walk to the center along the sea front in about 25 minutes a late night taxi back was approx €15. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. They were professional, friendly and helpful and offered useful advice about the area. Happy to allow us to leave bags on last day and access during the day to change clothing and return to storage. Cannot fault this high quality hotel and wouldn't hesitate to return

We stayed for one night before flying home. The level has a lounge with tapas, snacks and drinks which was nice. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff very helpful. It was a very stylish hotel but still practical. We had a couple of minor problems in the room that if we had discovered them earlier would have been dealt with promptly. We would happily stay here again.

I did not think the staff was very friendly or helpful. Also absolutely everything was an extra charge.

Hyggelig laaangweekend i Palma.

Stay was fine, but due to an early flight the next day I had to make sure my phone was fully charged. I left my iPhone charger in the plug in the room, I called upon arriving at the airport to ask them to retrieve charger and keep safe upon my return. Apparently no charger was found, so extremely dissatisfied with the lack of trust in the staff.

Comfortable well serviced room and an excellent breakfast in the morning. Efficient, pleasant and helpful staff.

In good condition, nice staff. Overly “modern” solutions, such as electric curtains, which means never quite dark. In family room, we had a window into the bathroom (with curtain if needed) without a door. Small pool. Good breakfast. Location good for conference, but a bit off for vacation travel.

The hotel is very nice and well located. The room Is also nice it Is more a business hotel rather than family. First day the room was barely cleaned, just bed and towels. The rest, nothing. We also lost the breakfast that we paid extra for, because they were closed at 7am when we have to get to the airport.

This is an ideal hotel for business travellers. Nice, quiet and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

One Bus stop away from the Airport, quite close to Palma Kathedral and City. Hotel ist good, clean with Spa on suterrain and rooftop pool.

This hotel has the potential to be top notch despite the distance to the downtown area. Security: Non existent. Theoretically, anyone can walk in and take the lifts to any floor. The reception is too far away to notice who enters. Cleanliness: Generally good. A few dusty areas in the room and the hallways and rooms had a slight humid/moldy smell. Room: There could have been a few hooks hang jackets and the wardrobe door was difficult to move. Beds were fantastically comfortable. The climate control was not easy to use. The rooftop bar area was closed! Location: Near the convention center. A walk into the city area is possible (20 min) and the bus stop in front of the hotel was convenient. The beach across the street was very nice! General area around the hotel was not the nicest. The Breakfast room staff at the Level 3rd floor were very nice, however disorganized. Tables were not cleaned after use and we had to ask multiple times for someone to clean and reset the table. Overall, a nice stay for us and with a few attention to details, this could be a great place!

The TV should be a Smart TV for example with netfilx function.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The hotel was spotless and smelt lovely. The spa area was really nice and the food we tried was very nice.

For a one night stay in Palma after a late arrival, this was a good location relative to airport, beach, and city. Nice rooms and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool.
