Great modern hotel in the heart of Stockholm’s hotspots for food and nightlife. The outside noise might disturb some if you are a light sleeper, and maybe you can specify being placed away from the street side of the hotel. But great food onsite (breakfast was fantastic every morning) and rooftop bar is great spot for drinks.

We stayed in the elegant classic. It’s a small room, but we managed, even with a large suitcase, 2 carry on roller bags and 2 backpacks. Rain shower heads were great. All of the essential packs in the bathroom were super helpful - shaving cream, razor, toothpaste, nail file, etc. the staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and polite. Breakfast was perfect - lots of juices, fruit, pastries, yogurt, meats, cheeses, plus omelettes and other dishes to order. Would 100% recommend.

This was a fabulous hotel in the heart of Stockholm. On a quiet street but near everything. And the staff were all fabulous!! Stay here when you visit Stockholm!!

The architectural details of this former bank building are amazing. All facilities are exquisite! “The Bonnie” daily breakfasts delicious. Front desk and downstairs lounge/bar beautiful. And the rooftop bar’s views are to be experienced. Husband and I stayed 4 nights. Staff and service excellent- very friendly and very accommodating. 5 stars all the way!!

Nice hotel with a major caveat. Easy access to major attractions and public transportation but summer nights, at least during my stay, were impossibly noisy - especially if your room is on the back street. The front and back streets are deceptively quiet, charming during the day but at night the dance music from nearby venues blared past 1 AM. It's likely quieter in the winter when the partying moves indoors.

Very loud music from the nightclub below. The loud music started at 10:30pm and would not stop till after 1am. We are international travelers and needed a quiet room to sleep. We have not slept for 20 hours and yet we got a room with heavy base loud music till after 1am. The front desk lied to us as we specifically asked for a quiet room and was told the room was quiet. When we complaint about the loud music, the front said they knew about it but there was nothing they could do to stop the noise. They could have at least let us know when we checked in. We could have upgraded to a different room. It was very unprofessional.

They did not allow us to get inside the hotel before check in. There were a special event sth etc.They were kind during telling they cannot allow but it is very rude not to allow inside for a quick rest. The room was small and had bad ergonomy. Breakfast was very good and very clean hotel.

Very beautiful hotel, but two things brought the overall impression down:
1) Lipstick stains on drinking glass at bedside table, no tissues in room, hair in several locations in bathroom
2) Phone to reception didn't work which meant that I couldn't communicate with staff re early check-in, meaning that I had to walk to the hotel from my location and back unnecessarily. Staff was not helpful in finding solutions, nor did they offer compensation (even a symbolic one).

We had a bit of a rocky start as the noise of the air con was so loud in the room. We asked to move but it was all a bit stressful. Anyway we did get moved but wasn’t too impressed by how it was handled. No comment throughout our stay but someone did put a fan in our room. I gave four stars because the staff in the bar and restaurant were impeccable. Absolutely loved the service here but wouldn’t stay again due to the room standard.

Centrally located, whole hotel looks well decorated with dinning room and bars looking particularly classy. Breakfast was brilliant in Bonnie’s and rooftop bar really comfortable including the rooftop terrace which was nice and warm even though snowing outside. The hotel really increased the enjoyment of visiting Stockholm for 2 nights. Thanks

Found our stay to be pleasant and comfortable. Great breakfast options. Bonnie’s restaurant was a lovely setting, but I felt that you didn’t get your value for money. All in all it was a nice experience, if I was to book again, I would eat out at the one of the many restaurants nearby.

This is a great Hotel, service is top-notch and feels genuine. It was my fiancés 40 birthday and Alex and the team really made it special!
Feels young and fresh and is also in a great location if you want to be able to walk around the city and the sites.
Breakfast is fantastic!
The only thing I would not recommend is the rooftop bar. Although very beautifully designed and cosy it feels stuffy and overpriced.
But does not take away from an otherwise lovely experience. Will definitely recommend and return when in Stockholm next.

Bank hotel is a very good option. Rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast is very good as well.
WiFi could be better and there is no proper place to hang towels at the bathroom.

When it's midnight, and you're getting an early night, The bar three floors below is pumping music out loudly, which you can hear all too well as you can't get the room below 22 degrees, and you need to have the window open - even if it is -11 outside, it all isn't conducive to sleep. Then, as patrons leave over the next hour and screech away in cars or squawk loudly without any concern, it paints an unpleasant picture.
The staff didn't care - their laissez-faire attitude said it all. I was glad I wasn't staying a third night.
Breakfast was great. Diptyque products are excellent, but individual disposable bottles are so last year.
