I liked the proximity to the cruise terminal. It was halfway between the airport and beach areas. Hard to access any beach within walking distance except through a hotel. Restaurant in the parking lot was good.

Pretty hotel, although bathrooms behind the elevator were dirty for days, tables at the entrance dirty, towels we talked with a supervisor about this with no change at all.

I stayed here before a few years ago and decided to stay one night recently for an early flight. The hotel was good before but has had some major updates that improved an already nice hotel. The rooms are smaller so not sure I would book it for an extended stay, but one or two nights it does the job.

The staff were extremely rude, the food place in the lobby was not edible at all. There was construction going on but I didn’t mind that at all. The room was dirty with chip crumbs on the bed and boogers on the bathroom wall. Windows were dirty and the sheets had lots of human hair on them. There was a restaurant right outside but I didn’t eat there. I checked out from this place immediately and found another resort near by

Clean, quiet, and comfortable rooms. Very few of the staff were friendly, Miguel and Felix, were so nice and friendly. Restaurant is small with very limited menu and the morning hostesses were the most unfriendly ever. Friends who were on 5th floor had to keep asking for towels. But overall it is in a good area near shops and restaurants.

Second time staying here visiting from Canada, staff is extremely helpful and nice. Area is very close to everything you need, Walmart, Oxxo, beach, there is a Starbucks in the lobby, the bar/restaurant outside the hotel is very good with very cheap drinks and food. Highly recommended this hotel. Also the pool is nice for very hot days.

It’s a simple bare necessities hotel that serves our needs very well. Came a day earlier than our resort check in time to get through the airport and customs and relax. Stayed one night and recommend this hotel.

Great hotel - not sure what all the sure is about. Room is clean and well appointed. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast is Continental but that is why I expected - lots of fresh fruit, sandwiches, good coffee etc.pool area is wonderful - lots of places to sit in and out of shade. Pool is warm and clean. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

It’s a very centric place, in front you have the seaport and Playa de Oro, less than 10 minutes in car from the airport, next to a mall with ATM, not so far from other beaches like Amapas, Gemelas and etc, the Hotel is over the principal avenue, and it gets you everywhere, less than 20 for the Malecon.
But, the staff had horrible attitude, bad service and they made me wait almost an hour for a room I already booked.
Also the hotel had a few repairs going on and also was annoying, besides that, Vallarta is a beautiful place, you should visit, not so sure about the hotel.

The restroom needs major cleaning. The shower has gray residue and mold also the tiles and shower curtain. The sink was plugged. Lobby was called and the answer was..hotel is under remodel we will send someone but hat someone never showed up. Nice location friendly staff but hotel needs major cleaning. Along with new mattress. Won't stay there, won't return, would not recommend.
