This is my go to when first arriving to SDQ, usually on some combination of red eye flights, so its closeness to the airport can't be overstated. Neither can its superior hospitality and attention toward its guest. Feels like family.

This property was clean and the lady at the front desk did her best but there are a lot of motorcycles around which makes it very noisy. On the other hand, the lady told us that the chef had the day off and we had to walk a couple of blocks trying to find something for dinner. The area was very dark which made us feel unsafe.

Very nice place in Boca Chica with awesome host lady who is willing to help you in any way. We ate some tasteful fish at the restaurant inside the property. Recommended if you traveling to this beach.

Un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar, los propietarios son muy buenas personas, tienen sus reglas de cerrar a las 9:00pm, no permiten visita aunque conmigo hicieron una excepción ya k llevé un hijo con problemas mentales y lo fueron a buscar como a las 10:pm,para las personas que le gustan descansar y estar en un ambiente tranquilo es un buen lugar, lo recomiendo 💯 x💯

It was a nice welcome, and stay. Actually, I didn't have much time, as I arrived in the afternoon, and left very early, in the following morning.

I had a fantastic time at the hotel! This is my 3rd time at the hotel! There have been many improvements and renovations at the hotel! The staff (Ivonne and the cleaning team) were friendly, caring and professional! I had an issue were with the internet on my first day and the issue was quickly resolved and I had no further interruptions with internet! I was at the hotel for 5 days! Congrats to Manuel and his staff on a job well done at the hotel! An excellent rating in all categories! Job well done! Will definitely come back soon!

Good place. It was clean and comfortable for a short stay. I didnt liked the neighborhood very much, but the staff was very polite. The breakfast was good and enough for us.

The person who attended the place was very rude to me and l have to talk with the owner about her , she don't know how to be nice with the person

Great little house with clean and ample rooms. walking distance from the beach, and many local restaurants around. Very vibrant town, merengue and bachata playing everywhere, I felt safe walking by myself at their streets even at night

The lights flickered through the night. No way to keep the shower as a shower and not a bath (even though it is only a shower) and no hot water. Thank goodness for locks as the guest next door bright home a prostitute.

I stayed at agua dulce twice already the rooms were clean the staff was very nice and responsive to our needs. It is very close to the airport every room had a ceiling fan and air conditioner at not extra cost

Nice place to stay. The area does not look great but we were told by locals that it was safe in the daytime. There is a nice restaurant with great pizza nearby (Thomas Pizzaria). Getting into the hotel was a bit of a challenge. It took several times of ringing the buzzer before someone came to open the gate. When leaving we ran into the same problem because we left before 6 am and had to wake them up to lock the gate behind us. There were a few maintenance issues but I think the owners are quite good about repairs if they are aware of it based on the overall condition of the property. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Be careful ordering a taxi! I asked for a rate to the airport and was quoted $40 USD. We only paid $35 from the airport all the way to the Colonial area in Santo Domingo so I told them to forget it. We ended up taking Uber which was great and cost us less than $10.
