There wasn’t much to do. My parents had a room where their air conditioning didn’t work, workers came and didn’t change anything. My toilet stopped working. The food is average at best other than the steak house but that’s additional cost.

Place was a waste this time super tired off a night flight 3 rd time coming guest services where subpar didn’t allow us early check in or even upgrade and there was room they had everything for food pretty much reservation only and if u don’t like that menu your un lucky we got saved by room Service but that was it if not it would be horrible the taco stand in restaurant is the only thing worth anything men have to wear pants while girls are free to wear whatever

I love how the villas feel, roomy and quiet, airy and eye-pleasing. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, just get on the bus and ride to other area of the hotel zone and downtown Cancun.

First when we arrived we noticed that all the soap and shampoos are made with honey. We asked our on site staff if there was any way to get different shampoo and soap because my wife is highly allergic. We were told yes and that they would come to our room later to bring it to us. We waited countless hours and I ended up calling the front desk multiple times until they finally put me through to the supervisor who then told me that there is no other kind of shampoo and soap. Now the next day the staff "butler" who was assigned to assist us for the week said she will look all over and even stores nearby. Again hours pass and nothing gets solved and so we decide to go to the gift shop in the hotel where there is soap and shampoo conditioner that is clearly very overpriced and we had to purchase. We let it go and decided to just move on with the trip. The next morning we woke up to cockroaches in our hotel room. We promptly got our bags and went to the hotel lobby to talk to a manager who was avoiding us for almost 2 hours.When confronting the manager all he said about the cockroaches was that "well the weather" and that he makes sure everything is clean and that if there's bugs inside then it's "most likely brought by the guests" assuming that WE infested their room with cockroaches. We were "upgraded" to a main hotel room that was half the size of the villa rooms that we paid for and told that there's nothing else they can do. And that we couldn't receive a refund or anything

We celebrated my sister’s birthday at Grand Park Royal. From the moment we checked in to check out we were well taken care of. The staff makes you feel special in all aspects. Jessica, who was taking care of us made sure my sister’s birthday was special. She arranged our dinner reservations and kept us in the loop of all the daily activities at the resort, which was greatly appreciated. We were able to communicate with her through WhatsApp which was very convenient. It was an unforgettable experience. This resort is perfect for a family vacation. However, if you are young and looking to party, It does lack the party scene I’ve experienced from other properties. They do have an adult pool, it would be nice to have a DJ there during the day. Pools and beach access close pretty early I wanna say 8pm so that’s a bummer. Regardless, I would definitely be returning.

All in all a great stay! The resort is not too big, we liked that. Great beach! We never used the pools, says a lot because we had two teenage boys with us! Gym: well equipped. We had a plumbing incident in our room, and had to change rooms. The hotel stepped up and changed us to a similar room. We had the Villa junior suite plunge pool oceanfront. We had Jessica as our concierge! She was AWESOME! She made all our bookings in the restaurants and cabanas on the beach. She came by to check on us several times. The restaurants: Hibachi table: awesome Koi: awesome Italian: A bit disappointing. could need improvement in seasoning and courses. Remember this is Mexico, not Italy and that shows. Mexican: good Buffet: different styles every day. Lots of variety. Room service: very good. Would go again!

We stayed in the villas, I recommend those beautiful rooms, we will definitely be back and stay at this place, it was breathtaking.

If you’re looking for a resort that’s quiet this is the one for you. Stayed 6 nights and unfortunately it was during the hurricane so 2 of those nights they didn’t serve alcohol. Lacks entertainment throughout the day, the resort is pretty small. Pros: beautiful view of the ocean. I stayed in the junior sweet so it was right by the water. Def recommend if you plan on staying (unfortunately the outdoor area jacuzzi water is pretty dirty). Workers. They are awesome and will def take care of you. They’ll go out of their way to accommodate you. Cons: Needs more entertainment. Each night they had one event. Silent disco, magic show, and Caribbean night were awesome. The last two seemed to last like 30 min. Once that was over there was literally nothing else to do besides go to a bar and just hang out there till a DJ shows up usually 15 min late at 2315 just to play bad music from the 70-80s. All the resorts I’ve been to have a nightclub unfortunately this one didn’t. Even the pool area didn’t get music till 10am and music still sucked. don’t wanna hear Backstreet Boys by the pool, play some bad bunny, merengue, salsa, reggae not Backstreet Boys -Food. I recommend eating out in town. Food was not HORRIBLE, but was pretty close to it. Not much to choose from in the buffet section. Skip the hibachi. Italian restaurant was decent but portion is small. They should serve tacos throughout the day for all meals If Tours is your goal and want peace and quiet upon returning go here

The Ocean front view is the only nice thing in this resort. Everything is so limited and the Customer Service is the worst Customer Service we ever had.

This is a beautiful resort. I loved our room. It felt very secluded & private. We stayed in an oceanfront plunge pool villa.The pool is drained & cleaned. (We saw them doing it) we had an amazing butler, Yajahira. She is the best!! The pools are good. There is an adult pool with a swim up bar on the opposite side of the resort. The views from it are really pretty. The food is good. Some better than others. We liked the Mexican restaurant best. We had a great time!

The views from the beachfront villa were breathtaking. The pools are also right on the beach with wonderful views. The staff were all very friendly helpful whenever we needed anything.

We stayed in a master ocean front villa with plunge pool. The property is beautiful and the service is phenomenal. We had the most wonderful butler Yajahira! She went out of her way to make sure all of our needs were met. The only reason I give the resort a strong 7 is because the food is awful and the drinks are mediocre. We ate at all of the specialty restaurants and not one satisfied us. I understand everyone has a different palette but this is MÉXICO! The food should have flavor.
