Great clean safe hotel!! You will love this place

The Hyatt Place was amazing. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, great location. They had valet parking (for an additonal fee, but I love the convience). The pillows were extremely lacking and uncomfortable. The pool is not in a great spot (outside courtyard on second floor). It doesnt get the best sun and is windy. I loved the ease of connecting ipad to tv and casting our shows.

This is a great property for families. We were 2A 3C 16/14/11 and had plenty of room. The included daily breakfast was a great bonus. The lication was great. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

I like the pool and the gym. The property was clean but the room services were not always on time and was occasionally late.

Breakfast was not great, the bread tasted stale, cereal was old, coffee was like drinking water

The employees were very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfy! Free bfast everyday was a hit.

Stayed on 7th floor. Super quiet, comfortable beds and pillows. Although parking and walk to hotel seemed a bit sketchy I still felt safe. Breakfast was great and all staff were polite and helpful.

We stayed here with family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids (2kids are teens)) for a week. It was a great location. Valet parking only though. Room had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. It worked out ok for our family, but next time 2 rooms or bigger sq footage. We were a higher level floor though. It was quiet for as busy as this area is. Something always going on. Cars speeding through, emergency vehicles going to an emergency (must be a fire station near by that we didn't see). But none of it was overly loud. Plenty of locations to eat within short drive or walking distance like McDonalds, Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, BJs Restaurant, Olive Garden and more. The Galleria Mall (with at TARGET store) is a couple of blocks away, we walked there. CVS was right across from hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious but very crowded, not enough space for eating during these hours. The pool is small but it was ok for a nightly swim. Valet parking only (there is an extra fee per day for larger SUV's like Suburbans). Location was easy to get to and from hwy, so easy access to Universal Studios, The Observatory, Hollywood walk of fame, Beverly Hills, Warner Brothers studios. All in all great stay and we would stay again!

Our outside view from our room is a garbage disposal and there is no parking for visitors, its valet which cost 48$ per day

The hotel was in a nice location. Very close to restaurants and shopping center. The reason for low rating is that AC didn’t work for all our stay. We asked to be moved to different room but told there were no other rooms available and they sent technicians to check out the issue but still no ac and they brought us 2 fans . We were there 4 nights same room with no ac

Great staff and had great hotel experience

We thought that the valet service was the hotels because they did not mention it was a private company. They charged me $60 to park my car and didn’t tell me the price until we left. There is a garage across the street that is $9 for all day/night parking. I was pissed off that I was swindled. The website did not even mention anything about the private company valet service to give the travelers a notice. For that reason I will not be staying there again.

It was a great time, we stayed for 7 nights. The bartender, Jun, and the front desk girl, Isabella were incredible, going above and beyond for my party of 8.

The staff is very nice, the rooms are clean and nice, but the dining area floor and tables are not and needs more attention

Andrea was so sweet and so helpful. Our room was not ready since we arrive ant noon and she took care of our luggage’s and got my contact number to txt me when our rooms is ready. It’s was less than an hour and I got a message that our room is ready. Everything is great here. The breakfast was good too. Valet parking ($45) is offered but there’s a walkable covered garage for $25 day were we parked.

Absolutely awful!! Arrived at 9 pm to a 80 degree room. Family of 6 we were exhausted from driving 9 hours. Room never cooled down. 6 people in a room with no ventilation was miserable. Gave us a box fan to use. Our entire family was up all night. We got up and left early. Since I booked through hotels.com no refund occurred. I was giving rewards points. We will not be back!!!

Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We liked that it was walking distance to restaurants. The valet system was a bit confusing but the staff there was great as well and helped us out. The breakfast was good and the cafe had good food and drinks, the bartender was very nice.

The air conditioning in our room is not functioning properly, and our room has become quite hot. As there are no available rooms for us to transfer to, we kindly request an electric fan to help make our stay more comfortable.
