The man working front desk made the whole experience better. Very nice and hard working. I didn’t catch his name but was working 4th of July at night he deserves a rise.

I had to buy cleaning supplies because it was so dirty inside. There was trash all over the room that wasn’t swept up.

The only thing we liked about this hotel was the proximity to Universal.

The room I reserved was not provided. They then up priced me to meet the need for a handicap room. The bathroom was sub par. Would have been better off with a hard rain and an outdoor shower. Light came in around the outside door. Parking spaces so tight people couldn’t open both doors. Told I was expected to move my car to a different parking spot that was more convenient for them while I was balancing on crutches. And they wanted to clean the parking lot so I would have to move again. Not friendly at all. Bed was hard. Towels almost non existent.

Room was not cleaned in quite some time. Very dirty baseboards and marks on the walls. “Hollywood” wall against headboard was very dusty. All of the bedding, including pillows were stained one way or another. Asked for new sheets and pillow cases and most of them were stained as well. Ended up leaving and finding a different hotel. Staff was nice and non confrontational, I didn’t blame them as it wasn’t their fault.

Taking more time to ensure every room is cleaned and bedding is at least fresh and stained free. I probably would’ve looked passed dirty baseboards or dust on the walls if where I slept was 100% clean

The staff in the front desk. Mariam has great customer service, love to come to this place and be helped by Marian shes very kind and super fast witch is what i want the sense of urgency to enjoy my stay ass soon as possible. She also makes sure all your questions have been answered before giving you your key to your room . Thank you Capri Glen for having associates like her.

I liked how close it is to work and other restaurants.

The bathrooms in rooms 204 and 205 really smelt bad and the was lack of shower pressure.

I love the fact that Staff mind they’re own business they do not make you uncomfortable by bothering you during your stay or are rude, also I love that at times they let you check in early that’s a plus plus that’s one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Nice decent, I believe the owners son provides great customer service super nice. I love coming here really recommend it to anyone also price wise not bad at all, very thrilled with this place I hope they keep blooming business wise and become more successful then they already are.

Theyre is one staff in the front office who is rude and acts like a smart ass all the time he looks Arminian and a new girl that sucks she also acts super smart ass and she has no clue what she’s doing she always needs a staff member to help her. She made me go get cash because she assure my card did not work when I always use the same card.
