Good hotel except we were put in a wheelchair accessible room and are not in wheelchairs so some things were awkward. No I’ve available to take yourself at breakfast and no ice and water available to refill water bottles later in the day. All staff were friendly and helpful. One bedroom suite great but you have to enter the bathroom through bedroom. It would be great to have another door from the sitting area to the bathroom that could be used by anyone sleeping in sitting area, so less disturbance to those sleeping in bedroom.

Room was immaculate. Location was excellent. Easy access to Saint Catherine’s as well as Niagara-On-the Lake. Staff professional and extremely friendly.

The rooms are very large & clean and felt like living in an apartment while staying there. We liked that the bedroom and bathroom were isolated from the kitchen and living room areas. 2 TV sets, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Nice kitchen set up with everything you need to include pots/pans cups/glasses plates and utensils. Complementary breakfast was good. Not far from the Niagara Falls attractions if you have a rental car. Bass Pro and Eatery at the Outlet are close by. Very nice hotel and I would highly recommend!

Staff were exceptional (friendly and helpful). Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and well taken care of. We did not use the pool, but it looked clean. The outside area with lounging furniture, fire table and BBQ was great. Hotel was VERY quiet when we were there (which was nice). Overall I would definitely recommend this location for staying in the Niagra-on-the-lake area.

The bathroom was very small. Should be bigger for the price you pay. Also the pool was small and just ordinary, compared to the marriott. However, the breakfast was fantastic and the staff was awesome!

My family and I stayed at the Staybridge suites Niagara on the lake from July 2nd- 7th 2024 we found our stay a bit unsatisfactory because 1. For their continental breakfast There were absolutely no accommodations for Muslim guests. The front desk stated that pork was all they had. 2. Housekeeping was a bit negligent. During the first 4 nights we had to request clean linen, paper towels and bath tissue twice and when they finally came they left dirty silverware on the countertop. (The dishwasher was full). However there were some great amenities such as a stove stop, full fridge/freezer that makes ices, a sink and dishwasher in the room. There is an indoor that stayed open until 11pm and they have gas grills and a fire pit that we were able to use.

The room was super spacious including living room, separate bedroom, and kitchen. Staff was really friendly. Breakfast had many options and was clean/appetizing. Location was also a great fit. Next to an outlet mall and lots of wineries. Just 17 min from Niagara on the lake. We brought our dog and couldn’t have asked for a better hotel

It was one of the best hotels I have ever gone to. Honestly it was just wonderful. My husband and I stayed this weekend, but next time we will be coming with our kids! Thank you staybridge for giving us such a relaxing weekend at your hotel! Looking forward to staying with you agian!

We recently stayed in a Staybridge in North Carolina and each night they had a social hour where there served free food and beer and wine.
This was one of the factors why we stayed at the Staybridge this time only to be disappointed that they only had free snacks and no beer or wine. I understand Ontario has more stringent laws around alcohol, but it is not impossible to get around them especially since they already have a liquor license. They need to figure out how to do that or I'll just go back to staying where I always did before this visit.
