We loved our stay here! Unit was very clean and host was very helpful. We enjoyed the pool and beach so much at this resort. We can’t wait to plan our next trip here!

We really enjoyed our stay! Condo is very big and has a huge balcony with amazing views. Beds are comfy, large tv in the living room! Kitchen is nice and we can tell it’s been updated. We will definitely be back! Thanks for the great trip

Super convenient and very nice condo. Fabulous views and very spacious. Parking lot is a bit tight but we managed for the week. We will definitely stay here again. Madison with the rental company is super friendly and helpful!

Not happy. Get there and elevator is out. Walk in and there is a refrigerator sitting in the living room. Walked in it smelled clean. Walked around a day or two and could see all the dust and dirt. Woken up Monay to a jack hammer above us. We had this Monday through Thursday.

We were plugging in our cell phones. We found rib bones be hind the nightstand. Also our TV did work in the first bedroom on the left. They have two elevators with only one in service. We were on the 20th floor. We waited forever for the elevator. The pool was closed because of painting. I understand maintenance has to be done. Maybe do it during the off seasons. Just wasn’t happy for the price we paid for the condominium.

We had a wonderful time and the room was perfect! Only complaint is the parking was terrible! Very tight parking and a very tight parking garage! All that being said we will stay here again! The room and balcony made up for the parking!

One of the best locations at PCB. The property was really nice and the room was spacious and very clean. Only small downside is parking if you have many people driving, but there is city parking available for a fee daily.

This property is in a great location and has a stunning view of the beach. I actually saw dolphins from the balcony one morning! The 3 beds with attached bath is perfect for adults traveling together without kids. The property pretty much had everything we needed. The linens and everything were clean but the only complaint I had was the kitchen. The cooking pans were put away dirty and they had to be super scrubbed.

Checkin/out was a breeze. Great view from balcony. A/C worked great. Great location to restaurants and entertainment. Floor wasn’t clean upon checkin so we cleaned it. Dishwasher leaked when used but maintenance came soon after calling. Dishwasher should have already been updated. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Our stay was great but upon arriving cleaning people took an extra hour and was rude kept saying just 10 more mins but 10 mins turned into a hour then told us they didn’t have enough wrist bands but it never was a issue with the condo. We was worried about the elevator but that wasn’t and issue parking was very tight but other than that our stay was great

This is a great location for people with children or mobility issues. Easy to get to the beach and of course a wonderful view. Like that it’s not too high up.

Everything was great. But the parking is not that great. Spaces are very small, if you have a large SUV you will have problems parking. Overage parking lot has a very limited number of parking spaces.

The mgmt co communicated everything we needed via email & then followed up with a text. Once we arrived, we found the unit spacious, beautifully decorated and kitchen had everything we needed. The patio also includes seating for us to eat outside or just admire the beautiful view of the ocean. We had a couple minor maintenance problems that the mgmt company took care of right away. The building was being painted. So, that was a little eye sore. However overall, I would recommend.

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed 3 months morning coffee on the balcony looking over the blue green gulf with a dolphine or ray swimming by 3 or 4 times a week and in the evening going the other way. There was a few things items that needed repairs I worked with Patty on them and she was great very caring and things was taking care of with in a couple of hours. My only complaint is the TV there was no cable it is streaming but with the gulf view you don't need cable. We have migrated from WA. to PCB for the last 9 years and this year has been the best.

The TV's in the bedrooms with king size beds didn't work. Turns out it wasn't a problem since we had apps on our phones to watch You Tube TV. It was very humid inside the condo and it smelled musty every time we walked in. We didn't notify anyone since it's just a hassle calling and waiting on someone to come. The air conditioning return in the hallway was filthy. The rest of the condo was clean. I saw several reviews that complained about the elevators. We never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for an elevator the whole week. We go to the beach every year and like to stay on the beach. This place wasn't bad but it wasn't one of our favorite places to stay. The hot tub and pool is very small. We felt like it was reasonably priced.

The view is breathtakingly beautiful! Condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, with down filled comforters and it comes furnished with everything you would need. Brian was an excellent host!! My family and I will most definitely be back.

This is a great rental and not overcrowded on the beach. There was construction going on in the unit above us. Started at 7:30 one morning but at least it was only a couple of days.

Property was as described. All went smooth and renter was very easy to deal with. We were very impressed with everything about the unit. Exactly as described. Would stay again for sure.

I have not had a family vacation with my mother and sisters since we were small children. My sisters and I are now in our 30s. This was a long awaited and months of planning vacation. The day after our arrival, I received a call asking if an inspector could come in the following day due to new owners of the property getting it inspected. I agreed to do it because I was told it would be quick and only one person. The one inspector became 2 inspectors, a reality agent, and two prospective buyers. Quite frankly, we didn’t feel comfortable with that many people in our condo without us there. Then the reality agent apologized to the buyers for the condo being a mess. I couldn’t believe it. A complete invasion my privacy. Then on the third day we were there, we got a notice from the building that they were going to be doing construction for the rest of our stay and we couldn’t park in our spot anymore. We called the property manager and asked her about it, and she said she would call me back. After dinner, she still hadn’t called back. So we called and again, and was told to park at Walmart and get an Uber back. They did send us a $50 Uber card, but Walmart had signs up saying cars would be towed. So I had to worry about that the rest of my vacation. All this lead me to giving them the 3 star review. However, the balcony was beautiful, the air conditioner worked great, and there were more towels than listed. Also, I felt that the condo was very clean upon arrival other than beach sand on the floor, but I’m not holding that against them. I’m the kind of person that likes to leave great reviews. I just felt all the inconvenience was impactful on us having a good worry free vacation that I was wanting.

Other reviews have talked about how small the parking space in the parking garage is; while it's true that it is small, our Nissan Altima fit in there just fine with plenty of space to walk around it. I would definitely recommend this property; however, I would caution them that if they have more than one vehicle, be prepared to have to park in the city-owned parking lot ($6/night) because the overflow lot fills up fast each evening. Our overall experience with Forehand Rentals was a good one and we hope to use them in the future.

My RDX was still way to big for space to park. Overflow parking. IS public and have to pay to park. This place is way out of date. Pool very very small. This condo was absolutely perfect for our group of 4. We all had our own room & bathroom. The outdoor area, is hands down the best part of the condo. We spent so much time out there. Everything was clean and as expected when we arrived. We did a Publix delivery for a few essentials. Would recommended and we would totally stay here again.

The condo was awesome. We enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was the TV not working in one of the bedrooms. Truly a great place to stay.
