We needed more upfront information on extra costs such as how much extra person in the room and the taxi from the airport. The lack of communication on these was unfortunate. Abrasive responses to questions such as will we have air conditioning later was uncalled for. Finally we could not even access snacks in the evening and told to go to a 7/11.

The staff here are so friendly and nice. Food was great. Landscapiing beautiful. My room was nice, but the walls are paper thin. I could easily follow the converstation of the couple in the room adjacent to mine. A minifridge would be wonderful so to keep some water cold.

The lodge is very nice. Beautiful landscaping and vegetation. The staff is super friendly. Food quite good. The one thing that could make it better would be if they had a mini-fridge in the rooms to one could have cold water.

The blinds on the window were broken, letting in outside light, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The front door is made of glass, so everyone can see inside, and you have to cover it with a curtain every time, which is inconvenient.

Great place for a nice stay at the Falls

In a true sense of place and setting the place captures a safari theme surrounded by a green trees and plants just like the Victoria Falls National Park. Great staff was very helpful. Will definitely be back.

I'm not sure how this hotel got a 9.4 rating. I thought it was just ok. Not terrible but not "fabulous". The bathroom had very little room to put any toiletries, the shower was open, so water got all over the floor. The breakfast was ik on the first day, but the girl running it on days 2 and 3 was standing in another room going TikTok videos (volume was up, so I could hear it), while items sat empty and dirty spoons and tea bags were sitting out. Tables needed to be bussed as well. The property was clean and quiet, but not located near anything.... Everything was a $5 or $10 cab ride away. Receptionists were friendly, especially when I had an issue at home that forced me to leave 2 days early. No refund, per their policy, which is totally fine with me....not their fault I had to depart.

We stayed for 2 nights at the lodge in August . Very friendly and accommodating staff . Super comfy and huge beds and lovely quiet surroundings

The staff was very helpful in setting up outings and selected good organizations for these outings. Meals at the lodge were good and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Nguni lodge provided a good home base and safe haven for us. Rooms are relatively big. Do not waste money on the deluxe option as the regular rooms are somehow roomier than the deluxe and the pool view isnt worth paying extra for. The reception staff can get you reservations and transpoetations to any activities to wish to enjoy. Breakfast staff was GREAT! T! They helped keep us in schedule each morning and provided great food!

Nguni lodge is a quaint comfortable place to stay in the Victoria Falls area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant serves a hot breakfast that is included, as well as nice choices for lunch and dinner.

Quiet, secluded lodge which was a lovely refuge for a few days. Brigit, Primrose and all the staff were superb, kind and super accommodating booking transfers and day trips for us which we loved. Restaurant/bar was simple but adequate. Only thing we missed was a little fridge but really no issue. Make sure to budget to take taxis everywhere, there's little within walking distance. Alternative dinner location was Reynardo's (I think it has a different name though) a 5 min walk. Excellent food.

Definitely recommend, especially if youre after a quiet, relaxing holiday. The staff are all extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Will be staying here again if we ever return to Victoria Falls.

The Nguni Lodge was great! All of the staff were so amazing. Whenever we had questions, they were always able to help us out from tour recommendations to transportation.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The Lodge itself was lovely, beautiful environment, lovely pool area. Rooms were spacious with full mosquito netting over the beds. Bathroom was a good size with a large walk in shower. Comfy lounge area to relax in and excellent breakfast provided. I would stay there again if in Victoria Falls.

All the staff were super friendly. Breakfast and dinner was great with very short waiting time until it gets served. Little distance from the town but 20min walking was not an issue to us. if need a taxi only 5USD. Surprisingly almost no mosquito! we found one but that was it for 3 nights.(we stayed early April)

The staff are friendly and helpful. They take the time to help you plan your excursions. All the staff greets you when the see you. The food was good.

A bit far from town but the room was great and staff perfect. Comfortable and clean. Great setting. The hotel does laundry for $10/bag and lets you run a tab for tours, taxi, and activities which makes booking tours much much easier. Would 110% recommend to others.

A quiet oasis in the close to Victoria Falls. Clean and comfy, great staff, sparkling pool and amazing showers!

Loved that it only has 14 guest rooms, beautiful garden setting and wonderful staff. Great breakfasts, and the convenience of being able to have dinner there made it a very relaxing stay.

The property was well kept and staff was amazing.
