The hotel room was good, we got the 2 bedroom suite for over $400 it was very roomy and the beds were comfortable. The front desk attendants and the staff in general not very helpful, or really interested in doing more than the bare minimum which is charging your card. The electric blinds didn’t work so that was interesting with the sun shining bright and early. We left an ID and card we called and the staff really didn’t care , wanted to call me back instead of asking housekeeping. They never called me back over a week later. So just be careful we cancelled the card but they have possession of someone’s government issued ID.

Some of the personnel (desk) are very rude with me all time refuse to extend my days in the hotel, he is discriminate with me, he ignor me, he isnt professional.

Just passing through on a trip. It was very late when we stopped for the night. Front desk was very helpful and checked us in quick. Room was clean. Nice experience all around

Hotel is amazing! My only complaint is that there was no where inside to “hangout” with family and play a couple rounds of cards. We ultimately went outside but gave up because the wind was doing what West Texas wind does..

We had a great stay! The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. Our room had two queen beds and was very spacious! The beds were very comfortable. There was a large desk area with plenty of room to set our things on and the tv worked great. The bathroom was a nice size, great counter space. Plenty of hot water in the shower and all Dove products with pumps in the bottles! That was a really nice touch. The little bottles and tiny bar of soap most hotels provide is so annoying. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was very good. The pool and hot tub were a hit too. I would definitely stay here again!

The front desk help was very kind and helpful. Overall the hotel was very nice and clean. I did see a couple of issues that need to be addressed for general upkeep. The mirror in our room was damaged on the frame. It didn't impair the function but did make it seem less upkept. The bathroom door dragged on the floor and there was part of the door damages. Both items show that the property needs some upkeep.

Disappointed in the stay. No wash cloths, lumpy pillows and the coffee was luke warm. AC unit in room was noisy. Bathroom door is 1/16” from the toilet. I cut my foot and n the door.

I'm late on this review as my stay was in early July 2023, but I want to review this hotel. Everything was excellent, except the water pressure in the shower was very light. I very much enjoyed my stay. I didn't have time to use the pool or hot tub, unfortunately. I travelled to see my newborn granddaughter, so I was very busy! But every night I had wonderful relaxation and sleep. My room was quiet and wonderfully clean. I would stay here again!!

Is property was clean, the employees were amazing. The rooms were clean and shiny with no scent of cleaning supplies. This is a hotel chain. I will continue to stay with. They exceeded my expectations, thank you so much.

My mom absolutely loved the bed and the bathroom. My mom is a picky person but this stay she had nothing to complain about. I would definitely stay here again.

very frustrating that they never came to make up our room. I called the front desk and was informed they were still working on rooms. It was 4:30ish and housekeeping was on our floor next door when we left at 11:00. Someone did finally come to replace towels but for the price of 445 a night I feel the beds should have bed made and room cleaned without a call to the front t desk.

Enjoyed the hotel itself, and the morning breakfast was delicious. Had some problems checking-in as the guy at the front couldn’t figure out the computer. And we were tired and it was late and it took him 15 minutes to get us keys. The room was fine and we slept well. The check out was just as bad as the girl at the front desk didn’t know how to get us our breakfast coupons. This took 15 minutes! Our server The serve at the restaurant was incredible. He treated us very well and went out of his was to be of service. I wish I had his name.

Excellent breakfast in restaurant with voucher to order from menu, not usual mediocre buffet. Plenty of luggage carts. Clean room, good bed, everything worked well. Friendly staff. Great parking and convenient location. Liked the overhead music. Best roadside Holiday Inn I have stayed in.

Trash was not take out in bathroom from person staying previously, elevator carpet was dirty at time of check in and the next morning. Our kids feet were black from walking on the carpet in the room without socks or shoes.
