Great place to stay as most things nearby

Although we were close to the tourist area at the waterfront, the room was quiet and very clean and contemporary.

Dino, the host, was very welcoming and communicative. The facility was very clean and within walking distance to Old Town Split.

This room was amazing. Everything was super clean. Great place to stay. It really did feel like a luxury room. The bed and shower was high quality.

Spacious, clean, modern, well-appointed room. Very nice. The lack of dedicated parking was a concern as we approached the building as there was no open spot nearby, but thankfully we found a spot one block away. It's an easy and quick walk to the Palace and old town and the various beaches. Lots of shops close by.

The room was very clean with a very nice bathroom. It was difficult to find, as the entrance does not face the street of address. The only thing that was really annoying was it had two single beds pushed together as a double. My husband and I both kept falling in the crack and the beds would pull apart.

Just outside of old town split so no crazy party platoons marching by but only a few minutes walk from diocletian's. Another great thing about the location is it's closer to the malls and specialty shops like the wine cellar and dive shop. There is construction going on in the building but not over the weekends or early.

I really enjoyed my stay at Floramye. Very comfortable and generously sized room. 10 minutes walk to Split Old Town away from busy centre. Easy car parking, some good coffee shops nearby.

Everything was great except... There was a green exit light that was so bright that you couldn't sleep. I could read by the exit light. I thought it was a Croatian requirement, but we stayed in other properties while we were there and they didn't have that same problem. Also, I thought this apartment had a double bed, but it is just two singles pushed together, that is not the same thing at all. That said, the proprietor was very nice and there is a very convenient grocery store nearby. If you don't mind sleeping in bright green light, then I would suggest it.

Great place to stay for a few days if visiting Split. Every you need is there for a pleasant stay. Our host was a great help setting us up, finding a parking spot and pointing out where to go. We appreciated our stay in Split.

The accommodation is in close proximity to the city centre and there are local parking options. The room was very clean and communication with the host was great.

Stayed here in split for 3 nights. Couldn't fault the apartment itself, looked brand new and very clean.

This place is an absolute gem! It doesn't look much from the outside and the area is probably not the best but it's actually a great location and you can walk to the Old Town in 15 minutes. The beach is also very nearby. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was also really good, and all looked very new. It has everything you could need including a kettle and coffee maker plus the streaming TV channels were an added bonus. The guy running the place is really friendly and helpful, gave us some useful info on the area and also booked our airport transfer. Couldn't fault the place, excellent value for money.

I am one of those dour types who leaves reviews when something was lacking. When things went well - that's par for the course, isnt it? In addition to that, this website, which sends me several requests for reviews after each and every stay, for some reason did not send one to review Floramye. I had to log in and seek out the right link in order to write this review. The point being - I must have been really impressed to change my ways, like that. And indeed I was! Nothing at all to fault with physical set-up/amenities, convenient location (people who think of staying WITHIN the old town - give it a second thought!), and most of all the host who goes above and beyond anything reasonable to make you comfortable! Many thanks to him, and pleasant stay to you.

Dino was a great host, staying in contact, waited for us at the location and provided good information. The apartment was amazing, really clean and modern. Don't be scared because of the outside, the room is at 1st. floor and its a treasure. Very well designed and bed was really comfortable.

Nice rooms - clean, air conditioned, walk in shower. The check-in process does require direct communication and Dino the property manager is very efficient . The area is quite residential near a main road - however you are within 10 minutes walking distance of the city and main beaches.

Loved our stay! The place was so modern and clean. Very well presented. Our host was amazing, spoke excellent English and was extremely helpful with recommends. There was a smart TV in our room and a few English channels. The blinds completely blocked out the light and it made it perfect for sleeping. Absolutely loved everything, we will ensure to come back again.

Wow what a property. Our flight was delayed but the owner Dino was really easy to contact via email and he was there to greet us at the door. Dino was very pleasant and helpful. Gave us lots of tips of good local places to eat and recommended things to do in the area. There are plenty of leaflets in the communal hallway with ideas for your stay. These rooms are based in a quiet apartment block which doesn't look the most inviting on first glance but don't be put off. The entrance being on the entrance floor as you go into the building. There is key card entry into a hallway with 4 apartments. The apartments are beautifully decorated and extremely spacious. Huge kingsize bed and tea/coffee making facilities. They are equipped with all the essentials e.g. towels/toiletries. We were told if there was anything we needed during our stay to just contact the owner. There is a small mini bar which we were able to use to store some cold drinks/snacks that we had bought ourselves. Air-conditioning system was really efficient. Apartment is located about a 15 minute walk away from the centre of Split and the port. It is a slight incline all the way down so some might find the walk back up more difficult. A great base slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. The only downside is that the apartments have to be paid for in cash on arrival. So if this isn't your first destination or you are staying for an extended period you will have to carry a large amount of cash.

My host was very communicative and easy to reach on WhatsApp. He met me at the property to show me the ropes. I arrived a few hours before check in time but the room was already cleaned and prepped for me so he let me check in early. The building is a little old looking, but the guest room is fully updated with a spacious bathroom, comfy bed, and a stocked minibar. There is a small market nearby and easy to access the historic area.

Our stay was great. Room is equivalent to any four star hotel. Very nice indeed! Location is ok but not the best. Ofc we knew this before the booking so that’s fine. :) Host is super nice and welcoming. The only issue in the room was a green light next to the exit. We covered it up with a shirt during the night since it bothered us a bit.
