This is a 3-star hotel so I will rate it as such.
In terms of pricing, it is a little on the expensive side for Argentina, though Iguazu is heavily touristic which may explain this.
PROS
Location is excellent, 5-10 minute walking distance to the main road filled with restaurants & shops.
25-minute walk to the Tres Fronteras
Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, mini-fridge.
Service to book additional tours onsite.
Breakfast included with varied selection.
Very good restaurant onsite!
They will hold your luggage for the day if needed after checkout.
Beautiful rooftop pool with bathrooms.
Spacious lobby which is important in Iguazu as many people wait for tours & transportation.
Some opportunities for improvement:
Water bottles sold at $3 USD is steep (there are “Kioscos” within walking distance where you can buy for cheaper)
Bathrooms need a little renovation as there is rust and cracked paneling on the door.
Floor of our bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned.
No late checkout available (I would have paid an extra $25-30 if it were available)
All in all, I would stay here again given good location, onsite restaurant, breakfast, pool and services :)

Nice hotel in quiet neighborhood about 10 minute walk to center. Breakfast was average bunch of breads pastries and fruit. Cleanliness could be better many hairs in bathroom not mine amd staind on bix spring

I had a very nice stay. The hotel rooms need a bit of updating. The restaurant was good. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very helpful obtaining rides and with restaurant reservations. Overall a nice place - quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was included and was excellent.

The pool was great. All employees are good to deal with. Many taxi drivers available to take you to the 2 parks, airport etc

It would not be fair to judge as we arrived in the evening and left early the next morning. Having the on site open late dining was definitely a bonus for us. On site parking was a definite advantage

Mid class hotel with only sweet breakfast, no eggs or warm breakfast at all. Rooms are spacious but no view from the room (Metal fence in front of it). Air conditioning very noisy which made it hard to sleep.

The property itself could use a little renovation/maintenance.
I had to move to a different room as the first room, facing the street, had a very loud noise issue around 2am when the trash collection took place.
The second room had some cleanliness issue, the TV remote was out of battery, and the smoke detector was flashing bright light all night.
The area is generally quiet. Within walking distance to the “downtown” area.
Overall, it was a recommended place to stay.

Shocked that this is a 3 star property with decent ratings because it most certainly is not. More like a 2 star hotel. The room smelled bad. Several towels had stains. The bathroom floor had dirt and stains. The building is rundown. The staff is nice, but this is unacceptable for the exorbitant price. We’re now in the O2 Hotel 5min away and paid literally $5 USD more for a clean and modern 4 star hotel.

The hotel was a long walk to dining or any of the tourist attractions. The hotel itself was wonderful with a nice breakfast. Eggs are $1200ars extra, but worth it. The staff provided bug spray and we were lucky to meet a wonderful taxi driver who picked us up every morning for the Falls and downtown area tours. I wouldn't stay here again since we prefer to walk and tour the city and from this hotel there is nothing to walk to.

We took this hotel in order to visit the Argentinian waterfalls (cataratas) .
The service was wonderful
Please remember to ask the payment in ARS so that any tourists credit card would gain you a massive discount, something that hotelsdot com “forgot to tell you”

This was a great place to stay for our trip to Iguassu Falls. The good at the restaurant was fantastic and the staff was very helpful. It’s away from the noisier parts of town, and we were able to walk to restaurants and tres frontieres.

It has a wonderful view and even though it was a bit far from downtown, there were always taxis in the hotel to take you everywhere you needed. All staff were very nice and eager to help.

The roof top bar is the best, hotel staff OK,. Nothing special and location is further away than anticipated need to take a taxi for movement around the city. Pay in Argentine Pesos because the exchange rate is advantageous to the USD.

Hotel staff was courteous and helped with transportation / taxi bookings. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant in hotel served good food, so we didn't have to go out searching for restaurant when we got back from a full day tour. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Room had a mildewy smell (maybe from water damage?) with dirty curtains, walls and lamp shades. Staff wasn't very attentive.

I arrived at 11:00 pm and my room wasn’t ready. I was aked to go to town to eat and wait. When the room was assigned it was not as good as expected with fungus on the bathroom, pillows etc. Next day I asked for a room change that was conceded with a better experience with the staff and cleanliness.

I think the hotel must be positioned near a sewage outlet because in certain inside areas including our room there was a srong unpleasant smell

Overall it was a decent experience some of the staff were pretty rude others were pretty pleasant. Housekeeping needs some major improvement it was past 5 in the afternoon and no one came to service the room. Each night around 9 there was a loud parking dog that wouldn’t stop barking till way after midnight

Viajamos 12 mil kms para visitar Iguazu y las cataratas. Pensamos que habiamos elegido un buen hotel en la pagina de hotels com. Un verdaero desastre. Habitaciones sin vista a ninguna parte. Encierro total. Es sentir una claustrofobia total. Decepcion total. Las fotos de la web Hotels.com son engañosas. Tampoco se ven las 3 fronteras desde la piscina que es bastante diferente a las fotos publicadas. En las habitaciones solo hay unos pomos de plástico con champo y otro con enjuague. No jabones individuales ni shampoo o enjuague individuales como marcan las leyes por el covid19. Una frustración total, angustia y perdida de dinero por 3 noches que podriamos haber reservado en otro establecimiento con mejores vista y servicio. El desayuno pobre y café de pésima calidad. Jugo sintetico de naranja. Lo unico destacable el excelente servicio del comedor con personal muy atento. De todos modos, entre un hostal en pleno centro y este hotel preferimos un hostal.
Hoy estamos alojados en el Loi Suites Iguazú. La diferencia es abismal en calidad y servio.
