Really great hotel, reasonably priced, and close to the airport with free shuttle. Very comfortable rooms.

I am a regular at this hotel staying 3 to 4 times yearly. They recently changed their free breakfast service and now charge $12 per person. Also parking has changed and is ran by a third-party charging $20 a day. Other Hyatt Place hotels in the region do not have these charges. I will not be staying there because of these changes.

No one was at the front desk when we arrived at 4:30 pm. Never experienced that before. No one working at the restaurant at at 5:15 pm.

The hotel is overall great. But the fact that I already paid to book my stay here and still need to pay for my parking $20 a day and that depends on what car you have. Which is crazy. So i am not staying here anymore. This is the first hotel i stayed at that required you to pay to park.

The property was good, clean and new. However they charge $20 a night for parking which was unexpected. The location is pretty terrible unless you are at an office nearby. There is no food or coffee in the area. I wouldnt stay in this location of San Jose again.

It’s a great place to stay when traveling to catch a flight. Free shuttle to SJC and they serve a warm breakfast for a fee.

We checked in at 7:00pm. The check in person was serving food and drinks around the corner and we waited 15 minutes before we were attended to and she couldn’t even see us or acknowledge us because she was around the corner serving drinks and dinner. Not her fault just the setup. Otherwise this place is awesome and 6 minutes from SJC.

Maybe I just didn’t do enough research into this hotel, but I wasn’t expecting to have to pay $20 per day for parking. I also wasn’t expecting the $150 deposit per night. Thank god I have the funds, but I was watching people other than me in the lobby who were blindsided by both of these things. That aside, the stay was mediocre. The bathroom sliding door’s lock was broken. The shower sliding door wouldn’t stay closed and I had to shove a washcloth in there so water didn’t go everywhere. I liked the location, but I wouldn’t stay there again. And I liked their free breakfast.

Staff was rude and did not accommodate to customers medical needs they basically said it’s your problem not ours

Used shuttle service to hotel from airport. Waited 16 minutes. Shuttle full to the airport, so used Uber. Only dining nearby was Dennys. Trolley a 4 minute walk from hotel. Go one stop either way, or walk 1 mile either way for food. Green trolley to Levi Stadium. They didn’t check for tickets on game day.
Hotel bar only open from 5-10 pm. But hotel next door an option.
This hotel has a sofa, that pulls out for three beds, but sofa much more comfy than pull out. Pool small but clean

The hotel was good. Not bad not great. We got a room but then it was really dirty so we immediately got changed to a different room. There was something wrong with the water pressure. Anytime I’d shower the water would come on and then suddenly stop for 30 seconds and then come back on. That’s about the only annoying thing about the hotel. Other than that our stay was great.

Really loved my stay here. Rooms are ample and super clean. Quiet, pool was nice. Stayed for 2 nights and the breakfast on both days were different. What turned me off was that I didn’t expect to pay $20 a night for parking. Other than that the hotel is noce

The television and remote only worked properly half of the time. The free internet service was very poor. The water in both the sink and the shower would turn completely off multiple times and then come back on very hot. The available snacks in the lobby were expensive and there was very little variety. There was no microwave in the room for the microwave popcorn they have available. Overall, definitely not what I would have expected from this hotel chain.

We had a wonderful stay for one night. Plenty of parking but it’s $40 for 24 hours. We expected that though.
The front desk young man was very welcoming and we were able to check in one hour early.
The room was very spacious and clean. Beds and pillows comfortable. Shower pressure great.
Breakfast was provided and plenty of options.

I loved the hotel, and it's ammenities. It was clean and staff was friendly. Room was a good sz and bed was comfortable. Refrigerator didn't get cold. And bar wasn't opened. I would stay here again. As all else was good!

But the noise of the street and neighbors made my dog kept on barking.
