Great ski in ski out location. The one negative is the pillows and bedding seem a bit “tired”. Condo was clean and comfortable and we had a great view of the ski hill.

I got stung during the night by what seemed to be some bedbugs ☹️ The pictures online showed a two-storey unit, I got a basement/ ground level unit much smaller and clearly not on two levels I never received the address nor the code to enter on the day of my arrival. I had to go to the hotel Chateau Bromont to get everything. The unit was well equipped and clean in appearance but getting stung at night by bugs in the bed definitely made me reconsider the level of cleanliness

The experience was incredible with the condo. We love it every minute we were there. The view spectacular.

Ony the condo door number and street was given but no exact address. On a street with many condo buildings, it was very difficult to find out which one was reserved... Once, we found the room it was perfect. I would suggest calling for information before and requesting the condo building address or you'll be up for somewhat of a wild goose chase from building to building... trying the access code on random doors... *not fun at 10pm..

Excellent property overall. The instruction to find the condo were a little confusing at first. Especially when getting there at night. Once you figure which building you’re in and where to park it becomes a no brainer the second time around. Unfortunately the fridge wasn’t cooling, even after making the adjustments. The staff could have turned it up and emptied the dishwasher before our arrival. No big deal emptying the washer but we had to throw out our perishables :(

Great property! It’s located next to mountain and water park. The Granby zoo is about 20 minutes away as well. The place was clean and very quiet! We would definitely be staying here again!

The view was great and had everything we needed the exception of a washer and dryer. Enough room for a family of 5. Lots of storage. Fully loaded kitchen was a pleasant surprise.

Was very clean and everything we needed was there and was exactly as advertised.

We booked a 1 BR and a 2BR unit. Both were somewhat tired e.g. older stove/ovens, dated interiors, but the interior space was adequate for our stays with 2/4 adults in the units respectively - would be tight with 4/6 as their max occupancies are advertised. Weak shower pressure in the 1 BR. A large broken glass pane in the 2 BR - the booking desk offered us a replacement unit, but this should have been caught and fixed before our arrival or a replacement unit provided before we arrived (who wants to move once you're in?). Lastly, glass panes are single, with minimal noise cancellation from the exterior, where grooming machines could be heard during the night and very early morning. But location & views are good, and generally an acceptable stay for the money.

We really enjoyed our stay. We lucked out for skiing since late in season. Condo size perfect for my husband, myself and daughter. Very clean but appliances could use updating and something was wrong with sofa bed so not very comfortable. Would come back again.

Booked as ski in/ski out. Good location to hill. Comfortable unit with great views of the hill as well. Enjoyed our time.

Really nice place

This place was great but very confusing to check in etc. Parking was also confusing but now that we have experienced it we understand for next time. Loved the property itself!

The condo was very convenient for our family. The kitchen is well appointed, and there is laundry in the condo as well.

Location was excellent, and in reach of almost all amenities. I did not receive proper instructions for the parking Vignette and had to go to the hotel to get it printed out by the front desk. Parking was adequate but a little bit tight for an SUV. Overall great experience, would book again.

It was close to where we needed to be. However, There was no washer and dryer as per the photos and the bath tub did not drain so you ended up standing in an inch of water every time you had a shower.

Wonderful place right next to the ski hills. Our family loved it.

Would have been a 5* review if it hast been of the rude phone callow received at 9h30pm from asking lots of question to validate if i wash i was, if we had made reservation, if i ha checked in ... very confusing as was hading for bed.All that to tell us we were parked at the wrong spot and that we needed to move our car. I advised her that we were in our correct spot 10minutes agp but we went out to get food and when we came back our spot was taken. Not knowing what to do, and since parking lot was half full, we parked somewhere else. Only information on sign outside was a tow company to call and we taught it would have been crazy to contact them since so many other spots were empty.She then got major attitude and told us it was a"domino"effect , went on and on lecturing us... told us it was our responsibility to call them and advise them of culprit...She then asked us to go outside and get the paper number of there car in our spot. We got dress , went outside only to find their paper to be upside down. We went bak on the condo to grab a phone to get a flashlight trying to make out the information on their paper ... all of This should have been done by a security agent or someone else working there. not guest paying to relax and enjoy their vacation . She hung up on my husband. We tried to called back and no one would answer. It was now close to 10h pm. People that were into our spot got out and they had 3 cars parked where they didn't belong. They were very apologetic it.

Real ski in - ski out. However there were a lot of things that were not working - heater of bedroom was broken (took 2 days to get fixed) - air blower was not working - replaced n 1 day - sink was clogged - laundry was locked for use (despite the fact that it was in the unit description)

Our unit was very well situated. Everything was very clean and neat. Communication was wonderful and we hope to be back again.

Check in was at 4pm and we arrived early to do some grocery shopping since we were staying in a furnished condo. Small streets and designated parking in the village at the base of the mountain, not unlike any other ski resort. The staff were still cleaning the condo at 4:15pm and did their best to be quick and thorough knowing we were waiting to get in. No idea about the previous visitors however by the looks of the trash and recycling taken out, there was quite a mess for staff to clean up. I cleaned some areas in the kitchen and bathroom before using them because a few areas were obviously missed. There was a putrid smell which dissipated after a couple of days. Nonetheless, our stay at slope-side was awesome and we did some great skiing every morning, afternoon and night which is what we came for. Outside ashtrays or butt cans would be handy. The online virtual booking was fantastic, although we paid $200 more than what we agreed when we booked (the total cost suddenly changed after we paid online). The trip was great all in all.

The view from the balcony was amazing, very clean, room came with everything needed, full kitchen with everything you need. The only thing was that the gas fireplace didn’t work and the wall mounted AC was leaking water

Nice new-ish condo right on the slopes and walking distance to the lifts, waterpark, etc. Worked out great with two adults and two kids. We were pleasantly surprised overall and plan on returning.

Location - location- location Smell cigarette, apart certainly need to be at least painted. Otherwise to go to waterpark this is one of the best licated condo.

Nice size didn’t like pillows. Sliding doors didn’t lock
