Was horrible checked in after 45 minutes waiting in line. Went to room smells horrible counters in bathroom were nasty. Left key on desk and went and got another room. Somewhere else. Line for front desk was out the door and only one peraon checking people in. Several pther employees just standing around talking.

Dirty floors, paint peeling of the walls, curtains did not close properly. There was dead roaches and live one's in the room. The only restroom light did not work at first and we showered using our cell phone flashlight. All the exit doors to the rear of hitel were locked not sure if thats some kind of fire code violation or not but very inconvenient. I can positively say i will never step one foot in this place again. The front desk girl was polite and professional. Tried loading pictures of this awful place but app won't allow me to.

Bad service, dirty and stinky ! Don’t go there. We arrived after 30 hours of flight around 23:30. When reaching the room we found out that we have only one bath towel , we wanted to call the reception , but the phone is not working and even not connected by cord. I went down asking for towels , tge receptionist gave me 2 hands towels and told me this is what we have ( we were 4 people , me and 3 children). Tge next day when we came back to the room after traveling the city , nobody fixed the bed , garbage bins were full and of course no towels… On the third morning , I came to the reception asking why didn’t you clean the room ? They were accusing me for not asking for service… Furthermore , one elevator was out of service, bad smells in the elevator and very out of date place…

It’s not fit for anyone..room itself so horrible I slept in my car..a lot of thugs and drug users.bring your own wash cloths and towels those even looked dinghy and smelled bad.

Most rooms doors were jimmied with what looks like a crow bar . Our room was occupied, restaurants was closed, bar closed, fitness center closed. We could not stay there.

My state property was OK. The rooms were OK when Speaking to ask for housekeeping and clean towers it was a big issue…. Staff refused to clean brooms due to all the request from other guests that they have… In the not forget the attitude that they give you when you ask for a simple favor

Very noisy! I couldn't sleep, awake whole night with all the noise around. No ice despenser, no telephone for emergency, pool is open but too dirty- very poor environmenf tho close to amenities. I wil complement one of the guest services, the only one smiles- morning shift @9am on sep28/2024- the rest no life- so stressful looking due to computer not working lol- poor ladies. Long line up on check in- too long wait. Hope to improve all these so guest can relax after a long trip. Fyi to management- safety first before anything else

The staff is really rude when you ask for clean towels or if you ask to clean the room, they refuse to and they give you A nasty attitude like you are interrupting in front of duties

This is the most horrific experience in a hotel ever. They give themselves 3 1/2 stars, but this is a MINUS 5 star hotel. Nasty dirty, bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. Bugs everywhere, terrible smell, no hot water!! I want my money back and I have tried on several occasions to speak to someone to no avail. Their employees are embarrassed. I was there for one day and had to leave because of the conditions yet they kept my money for the full stay. hotels.com should do something about this since they allow this to happen.

Beware they will send men to the room if you complain there is no hot water, I think maybe they are re renting the rooms…. Don’t go here! Surprised Expedia allows rentals to this place!

I booked a room thorough Expedia and I showed up at the hotel the receptionist told me that the reservation was not paid. I waited for an hour hoping to get the room but the receptionist insisted that my room was not paid. We left and contacted Expedia Chau the rep who I spoke to told me the hotel charged me for no show. This is incredibly wrong.

the room had mole and it was mole that’s currently still growing now it’s also on the floor. when it’s time to shower there is no hot water

The property was very dirty …and there were a lot of strange looking people hanging out the outside of the hotel smoking drinking and playing loud music.. throughout the hall way of the hotel you could smell marijuana strongly.

Property was disgusting. Only one working elevator. No hot water. Dirty linens in room. Do not stay here.

I didn’t like there was blaming us for something that we didn’t they was blaming us that we was on the third floor I have been going to the hotel for a while never had problems

The pictures are from like 10 years ago the hotel smells bad and isn’t that clean.

Toilet paper was brown. No facilities were available in the building. One way in and out of the building. The renovations they are doind are needed. My door seems like its open but it wasn't. It was barely hanging on to itself. Room was clean.
