I didn’t like anything about this place

That they never gave me keys and locked me out the room and had their lobby closed and staff gone in the middle of the night so I had to find another hotel. And I’m still waiting on my refund. The amount charged $257 was a complete insult and rip off for a place like this.

The location was good

They had roaches, the carpet was very badly stained. the bathtub had a huge ugly stain in it. And it has an unpleasant smell to it

Only thing I liked was the staff but these rooms are horrible roaches, the microwave is nuts it’s rusted out the floor was disgusting it was nothing like I expected at the prices they are charging they should be ashame of themselves

The floors needs to be cleaned , carpet needs to be cleaned the microwave needs to be replaced the stove needs to be replaced the tub this place needs a makeover whomever owns this hotel doesn’t care about it , it’s run down ppl throw trash outside on the stairs it’s roaches the fridge wouldn’t close I mean for the prices they charge a night they need to take proud in this hotel it could be a nice place if they put some love in it

I couldn’t check in because no one was there. Also we called on the phone outside but no answer. I called booking.com and they couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Never staying here again.

The door of the room was locked to open, you had to push very hard. The lock had a makeshift and loose screw. The floor of the room was very dirty, it was seen and felt when walking on it. The sink was clogged, there was a lot of debris. The worst were the small cockroaches. They were everywhere, but more in the kitchen and bathroom. I told the receptionist and he went to the room, he checked everything I told him and he only told me that he would send someone to repair what was damaged and notify his boss. No one ever came, I went back to the reception and finally managed to speak to a lady, I think she was a supervisor, she told me that they were full, that they could not change my room, nor repair or clean, so she offered me a full refund, which still I'm waiting. The staff were nonchalant, like that wasn't their problem and even seemed very relieved that I was leaving. I had a terrible day, I am a foreigner, on vacation, I was driving around in my car until 11:00 pm because it was the end of the year and there were no accommodation options available in the area that would fit my budget. My anxiety shot up to a thousand! Finally, almost at midnight, I found a clean and comfortable hotel. please give me my money back! Booking.com says that you must reply to an email in order to get a refund. please reply to Booking.com and return my money. I just want to forget this bad experience.

nothing went well. i checked in about 9pm and was told my reservation was cancelled due to over booking. had to find another rental at a higher cost. confirmation# 2140988686. would appreciate a refund please.

The room had roaches. The paint in bathtub was peeling badly . the carpet was wet and attracted nets to be in room. No ice trays were available at front desk. The room phone and blow dryer didn’t work in room.

General manager was rude

Asked me to pay a new $100 deposit to extend the room

My phone and my microwave didn't work for the first two day .. and the room had a terrible smell of excessive moisture mode

It was close to stores in the area, quiet at night, and it was the first time I had a room with a normal refrigerator and a stove.

The door to my room stuck sometimes making a loud noise.
