You need to pay $15 per day for the parking. This is totally unfair

We’ve stayed here over a dozen times, and we’ll continue. This place has yet to disappoint.

Enjoyed the stay

Staff were very nice and I have plans to stay again when I come to Massachusetts.

This was a super hotel…very nice for the money. It was beautifully appointed, and the breakfast was very nice as well. One suggestion: the perimeter of the hotel (outside the parking lot) around the fence could use some cleaning (pick -up of garbage strewn all around). But the hotel itself was wonderful.

Short of staff, no room makeup and took 1 hour and multiple calls for them to bring in new towels. Terrible service.

The staff is absolutely awesome especially the cleaning manager and her staff. The facility is well laid out and maintained also with good sized rooms while located in an area convenient to good dining, public transportation etcetera I don't do reviews of any kind but this staff particularly the cleaning staff deserves great praise My wife became suddenly very sick from what had to be something from an airport the day before and this staff not only did their job but they were also extremely caring, encouraging, sympathetic, and unbelievably awesome in every way. The task was beyond my capabilities and without any hesitation they including the cleaning manager herself jumped right in not only restoring our room but our own personal level of comfort and respect in an otherwise embarrassing situation. They even returned later to check on my wife bringing items to help and offering even more support Possibly the best description I can offer as to the high level of care provided and even this isn't enough praise is this; I am originally from the area of this hotel but moved to the south decades ago because I fell in love with the caring southern hospitality the area I now live in is known for. The staff at this hotel brought southern hospitality and sincere caring north

Front desk is always nice. Kayla is very personable and always remembers my name.

Hotel was clean, staff was nice room was spacious. Breakfast was great.

Beautiful room! 1 king size bed, a full refrigerator and wet bar, lovely lighting, and the TV has streaming options and can cast from your phone. The bathroom is also nice and roomy, I only had a shower but it was nice and warm with Dove products

I needed a place for two nights. I stayed there. It was ok.

Clean

We stayed for three nights, loved how close it was to the subway which got us into Boston quickly. Delicious breakfast, clean accommodations, and priced well. The Wi-Fi was terrible. It only worked for phones, not for laptops. Of the two computers that were available for guest use, only one was working. I recommend this hotel

My stay here was decent. The staff are nice and the location is a 15-20 drive to Boston. There’s also a train station, Target, Walgreens, Stop & Shop grocery store & a couple of chain restaurants within walking distance. The cons—On site parking is available at $15 a day, which they don’t mention at check-in & I think it’s a complete rip off that they charge this much. The cleanliness is ok but the kitchenette dishes still had food residue on them & you could tell the keurig machine has never been cleaned properly, lots of greasy residue on it. There’s also construction happening next door, which woke me up from constant banging & drilling. If you stay here, I recommend asking for a room away from the construction.

Front desk was helpful in changing rooms to a quieter room. Good breakfast but serving room is too small.

We were only in our suite for one night. It was clean with a modern feel. Parking was limited and luckily they had a place where spill-over could park and we got the last spot.

Great location, Great service, Great Transportation

Very pleased with our stay. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Close to public transportation and felt very safe walking back to room.

The breakfast bar is mediocre at best for a hotel in this price range. Food quality at a La Quinta level. And the kitchen / dining area was understaffed. .

We enjoyed our four-night stay a lot! We were surprised to have a kitchen and the breakfast was great. We would be happy to stay here again.

Great place to stay, clean, nice area, friendly staff.

Worst hotel experience in many years. Had to call the front desk every day, sometimes multiple times, to complain about the people staying directly above us who apparently had a child who just ran back an forth in their room at ALL times of the night (twice between 1 and 3 am). You could hear every footstep of this kid running back and forth. Even during the day this would happen and I was told by the front desk that the "quiet time" was not enforced until after 8:30pm. Never again.

Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Hotel is clean, staff are friendly. Housekeeping sraff not that good. Some days towels were not replaced, bed was not made.

As far as the staff goes, Kayla was professional but not courteous, not a single smile and willingness to be helpful as I tried to tell her issues with my unit. Regarding the unit, I found a dirty washcloth full of used makeup that my wife was about use if I hadn't found that first. No extra bedsheets in case you need to use the pullover couch. I had to go downstair and ask for one, and Kayla have me a "crumbled into a ball" set of flat sheets with a pillow without a pillowcase inside a plastic bag. The unit has two automatic windows shades, an inside and outside one. The remote to access them wasn't either paired with them or had a drained battery, Either way we had to accept the fact we would not be looking outside the window and due to the fact we could not close the inside shade, having morning light coming inside the room, waking up the baby earlier than usual. As far as the cleanliness goes, place was neat and nice furniture around. There was a gentleman at the front desk by the morning at check out and he was very courteous and nice to us.

Staff was super friendly, they deserve a lot, very accommodating too. Good staff works here and will come back here again because of how great they are
