Absolutely lovely apartment in a great location.

Pre check-in was a hassle but other than that brilliant stay. Lovely apartment.

Had a few little issues with check in but only due to covid checks so can’t complain. Apartment had everything you needed even a surprise dishwasher and tablets etc! Was all lovely and clean except a few little bits (dusty blind, missed cobweb) but highly confident it was cleaned along the covid guidelines. Parking is great especially being a few minutes walk from the city centre. Overall a fantastic stay!! Would definitely recommend and use them again!!

Great location for Nottingham Arena. Staff team were helpful in sorting online check in. Would recommend for short stay.

Too many procedures before check-in, location instruction confused, narrow staircase makes difficult to carry luggage up or down, the tap of the bath tub doesn't work properly, too pricey for this condition.

Was ok but small sofa was sunk in the middle and not very comfortable, had to clean all the cutlery before use and plates at they wasn't clean also parking was available but limited and didn't get a space so had to pay for parking each day which made it expensive !! This is not mentioned in the listing say parking included there's 6 spaces and 6 apartments so I think other people are parking in there

No hot water first day to shower but fixed next day apartment was nice and tidy

Small but perfectly functional, very close to Motorpoint arena which was what we needed!

The apartment was furnished and decorated in a modern style. It was lovely. The kitchen and bathroom were both modern and very adequately set up. The apartments are conveniently located near the National Ice Centre (Motorpoint Arena) and we were visiting for an ice skating competition. The front door had previously been kicked/smashed in, this was visible from the outside and inside of the apartment. The rear door to the apartment block did not lock, as per expectation (I was given an access code, but did not need to use it as the door wasn’t locking). This did worry my daughter, especially as our apartment door was not 100% in tact. We stayed in Apartment 3. There was free parking advertised. However, I was unable to park my car as there were 7 vehicles parked and I would have had to block them in, and there was no way of knowing which cars were associated with the other 5 apartments. I assumed one car parking space per apartment, but spaces were not allocated.

The apartment was changed with no information from expedia about anything. Im so cross with the lack of communication. I spent the whole day trying to get check in information and when we finally did it was the wrong apartment and then when we fot the apartment number we had the wrong code.

Lovely place. Clean, comfortable, warm and mostly very quiet. Thank you!

Nothing unique had terrible trouble trying to check in at given time of 15.00 Did not receive any check in details until 16.00 on coldest day of the year.
