Gorgeous property with a spectacular view to the lake. Waking up to such a beautiful scenery every morning was breathtaking. The stairs leading up to the property was very charming and just beautiful. The room was spacious with the basic necessities. This is a private villa so don’t expect a full service hotel. Even though the reception isn’t 24/7, the front desk always makes sure your needs are met before the staff leaves for the evening. The dining area was intimate which feels like you can request any special meals from the restaurant chef and he will deliver. I loved the service and the attention to detail during our stay. Because Uber is very limited in the area, the worst part is trying to find a ride back from Bellagio to the Villa. Taxi is available but also limited. The bus is your best transportation as it is very punctual for pick up and drop off. Asides from inconvenient transportation, the area is just magical and just worth every moment and every penny spent.

The perfect peaceful villa stay overlooking Lake Como! All staff were a pleasure to deal with, helpful and attentive. Fresh fruit, pastries, coffee and eggs/bacon on a morning and coffee/tea facilities in the room with a complementary bottle of water each in the fridge. Bathroom fully equipt with shampoo, conditioner and moisturizers which were lovely. Decor felt very luxurious and clean. We had a car which made it easy to get around, would say it might be quite restricting in this area without a car. All rooms were full and plenty of parking space was available.

We booked here last minute without knowing what to expect. We feel very fortunate that we did. The rooms are spacious and clean, with incredible views of the lake. The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. I will stay here every time I come to Bellagio.

This place was absolutely amazing!

Absolutely wonderful there. All of the staff there was super friendly. The views are breathtaking. We ate dinner there and it was some of the best food we had for our whole trip in Italy. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect!

We loved everything about this property! The grounds are immaculate, the check-in process was super easy, and the views were incredible! Also loved our host and the free breakfast in the morning!

We loved our stay at Villa Mojana Bellagio, it is a small luxury boutique with amazing views of the mountains and the lake. Our room was very nice and comfortable bedding, from our balcony we enjoyed a glass of wine in the afternoon and a cup of coffee in the morning with outstanding views. We had dinner at the terrace and the food from the chef was excellent. Th breakfast was amazing, there is nothing that we didn't like about this place. Our next stay in Bellagio definitely, it will be at Villa Mojano. Highly recommended it.

The staff and facility were both excellent ! Had a wonderful dinner on property the first night . The other three nights the recommendations from Paula and her partner were perfect. The rooms are very nice , need shower doors !! And hooks for towels haha .

A cute boutique hotel perched on lake como. We loved our stay the staff were so friendly, the pool is so amazing and why you should choose to stay here and is only a short drive to bellagio - if you can mentally deal with the narrow roads and crazy drivers :) the rooms are designed beautifully, although a little on the small side, the rest of the properties shared spaces make up for that. Thanks for having us.

Amazing place with a wonderful staff. Although a little harder to get to if you are not driving, strongly recommend this place - and would also recommend booking for a longer stay if you can. Google does not show all the public transport options (there is a bus stop and ferry dock very close by) so get in touch with the hotel if planning to use it - Paula at the front desk was super helpful in sorting taxi transfer, getting us the schedules once we arrived.

this place is stunning and the staff is helpful, kind, gracious and accommodating. my only suggestion is to add more hooks for towels in the bathroom and to make the closets more functional. if you want to go to bellagio, you will need a car or spend money on the pricey taxis. we were glad to have a car. i would come back to this property in a heartbeat. the included breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful site but not much to do in the immediate area. If you have a car or bike you can go up to the main area of Bellagio.

Villa Mojana is in the most perfect location, couple of minutes drive to Bellagio town. The Villa is so beautiful, the most perfect views and incredible decor We will be returning!

My husband and I just came home from a week stay at this property. Everything about our stay was perfect. Upon arrival, we were immediately escorted to our room and encouraged to rest before completing the check in process (what a way to start a vacation!) There are only 8 rooms at the villa so we really got to know the staff, who were all attentive, accommodating and kind. Breakfast is fresh and delicious and our room was cleaned each morning by the time we finished (again, such attention to detail). Dinner onsite was delicious. The pool and views were dreamy. The location was perfect for us - a 5 minute drive to Bellagio, just enough to be away from the crowds but close enough to make a trip to the town pleasant. We visited several other towns by boat, which were all lovely, but are happy we were near Bellagio as the shops and food selections were plentiful. Last point on the Villa - I didn't catch everyone's names so I hesitate to name anyone in particular (again, everyone was so friendly) but would be remiss if I didn't say that Anna and Roberto were such a pleasure and brought smiles to our faces every day.

Amazing place, we are quite picky with where we stay for short vacations, bit this was superb. You need a car tho, as it’s some distances to Bellagio and resturants.

Property is special and the staff are outstanding. A perfect retreat. The views are spectacular and I loved swimming in the pool as the sun warmed the chilly mornings.. It is a 10 minute drive to Bilaggio where everything is available. One staff helped us prepare a dinner we then had in the beautiful dining area. We had wonderful wine there and we also had one dinner that was nicely prepared. You will not be disappointed if you stay here! It feels like home!!

An awesome find!!! Anna and her staff could not be more accommodating. We were only there for less than 24 hours and I managed to leave my iPad in a taxi. Danielle and Anna called around until they found it and had it delivered back to me. Awesome place with outstanding service. Can’t wait to go back and stay longer.

I like the little thoughtful details and the emphasis on design. The owner is an architect like me so I appreciate the design, colour palette & furniture selection. Some things could be a bit more practical though like the shower without a door or floor drop which floods the timber flooring if you don’t shower very cautiously!
