Very friendly staff

Could here people next door. Staff knocked on door to check out way before 11. We very much understood check out time

Few staff members were rude and not very helpful. Asked maid what to do with our trash and she looked at us like we were dumb and said I don’t know. Asked for batteries and towels several times for remote etc and never came

Was good. Clean. Easy access to the venue. Local dining is also very close.

This was my first stay here and it was for my birthday. I notice on the websites on other platforms this hotels only have two pics for its King Suites and I know why; I also call The Holiday Inn reservations directly for this particular location to ask about the room set up! I asked was it a separate section from the bedroom with a sofa and another TV I was told yes and repeated my question to make sure again I was told yes! I also requested two extra pollows and mentioned that I was a IHG Rewards member to receive my points. I was told no because I went through a third party. Now back to my room it was more like a studio than suite and only one TV no wall divided the room! I was very disappointed and so was my husband for the price we paid for only two days! Now I asked for an early check in and was told to call back in the morning the day of my stay. So I called by 12pm CST. and mentioned about my rewards points and was told sure let me put in right now! Also mentioned that I requested two extra pillows did he see it and he said no but I'm taking care of it no worries! I ask about an early check in he said let me see and said yes you can what time I said 2pmCST. Ok once I arrived at Holiday Inn I was told my room wasn't ready yet and no I don't see any of your requests! So we left and came back at 2:45 got to our room NO extra pillows; when we did receive them we notice at bed time a terrible ordor on the bed and realized it was a pillow! Also no apologies to us! 🙁

Front desk staff was super helpful. Wait staff seemed disoriented. Maid services were mediocre at best (didn't make one of the two beds one night, didn't leave enough towels, took an extra blanket we went to get from the front desk the night before, took one of the kids stuffed animals with linends one night, didnt refill coffee pods). Overall the place was clean and quiet. Free kids meals was a great plus.

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating- rooms were spacious and clean.

TV guide didn’t work

All is good . Better tv service / guide and breakfast included should be helpful

We stay here when we visit family. This is our second stay. Likely will return again. We really enjoy the property but this time there were a few issues with cleanliness: dirty shower curtain and unswept floors with hair everywhere. I wish I could send these comments directly to the hotel because I really think they are a great place to stay but just needs a little more attention to cleaning. The gym is great. It is clean but I do recommend providing equipment wet wipes.

This hotel is new and fresh. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a room facing a pond with cute ducks and ducklings. I will visit again.

Very good trip my stay was comfortable

I have no cons with to report with this stay! We stayed two nights and did not experience anything negative! (although, as a smoker, I did wish there were benches or chairs to sit on outside). Staff was attentive and friendly, room was super clean and beds were the best! Will definitely be staying here again.

Need to update their black out curtains. Room was clean, bed was nice with small fridge, microwave, small ironing board, and iron, keurig machine. Bathroom had everything you need in dispensers connected to the wall. Excellent handicapped fixtures for disabled users. This hotel is more for buiness than leisure. No continental breakfast, there is a cost for breakfast, because it is separate from hotel. Better off going to IHOP or Stacks for breakfast like I did. Bottle of water is $3. Would not have stayed, but was locked into location due to wedding. This location was not a family atmosphere to me. This was also my first Holiday Inn stay was not impressed.

Our state was enjoyable at this hotel. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and nice. The room was very clean and modern. The only downside where the loud screaming kids in the room next door. Aside from that, everything was fine.
