good location nice place and all shops near to you

so loud. all day and all night. couldn’t wait to leave so I could go to another hotel to get some rest.

The hotel was very well located in the heart of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were okay for the price point. Breakfast was okay too, they had Western options. Most hotel staff could speak English.

The bath in my room wasn't 100% clean as there was hair in the tub. We went to breakfast at around 9:30 every morning and it was ice cold - they turned the warmers off for some reason. Although omelettes were offered, I was told they don't cook them. There was also visible clutter everywhere in the dining room. The hotel lists blackout curtains in the description but they definitely weren't. I was woken up each morning by light filling up the room.

Location is great. The swimming pool is alright.

Room facilities are a bit out of date.

The staff were helpful and friendly.

The full restaurant menu was not available, despite checking before booking that they could offer vegetarian dishes in arrival this amounted to pizza or a sandwich. On ordering a fruit platter, when it arrived it was literally only water melon. Mineral water was not available to buy. The downstairs bar was closed. The safety deposit box in my room did not work.

The room was perfect for a family of 4 with separate bedroom for parents. It was more like a mini serviced appartment. Hotel is in a good location for the downtown areas. The room was clean and comfortable.

There was no welcome to the hotel and it looked like a delivery point in the reception area with lots of food being delivered. Just seemed a bit unloved. The sockets were english in the room not enough 2 pin sockets which we found strange

location was in city centre and good nothing else is attractive in this hotel

room cleanness not maintain like good hotel, all old furniture and even carpet inside room was moist and wet at most of the place.
