I WOULD NEVER STAY AGAIN!!! The restaurant was not open, despite reception advising it was, on arrival. The meal served in the bar was microwaved. It was dry and inedible. The room had baby cockroaches throughout. The shower head was old and badly blocked so having a comfortable shower was impossible. The toilet was extremely small and cramped and felt unstable. It was a total disappointment as my stay was a birthday gift.

It's an older style hotel and a bit tired but that didn't bother me

Good location, comfortable bed and quiet area in the evening.

Where to start! The room smelt, probably because there was no division between the bedroom and bathroom. No privacy. The hairdryer didn't work. The safe didn't work (we were told all rooms had no safe facility and this had been the case for over a week and they didn't know when it would be fixed.) The WiFi code drops out after 24 hours, which means you often wake up without any. The staff were not helpful. There were no dining facilities for breakfast, we were offered room service. Our room was not serviced on the first day. There was a notice to say there would be no housekeeping over the forthcoming holiday, fortunately we would be gone by then thank goodness. In no way did it resemble a 4 star hotel. We tried to book out on the first evening but were told there would be no refund. AVOID.
