Great SPA hotel for the price paid; 14 m swimming pool; many, mostly working, saunas; food breakfast; free wi-fi & parking; helpful staff;

clogged shower drain, both in the room and in the SPA Center; pool closes too early, at 20.00; broken tiles on the bottom of the pool; breakfast not served on the 1st of January; away from downtown;

great 4* SPA hotel, set amid a forested slope of the Vitosha mountain, with a beautiful courtyard and SPA centre with a generous swimming pool; clean, large enough room, kind staff, great buffet breakfast; free private parking and wi-fi;

close to the ring road, away from Sofia;

The garden was unkempt and the pool outside was freezing cold. The indoor pool was under maintenance. The property was located near a petrol station and the wind would blow fumes towards the property and I could smell it from my room They gave me a different room from the one I booked: their worst room- smaller and very dark north facing. There was no one to help me with my suitcase- to take it out of the car and up some steps. The receptionist declared that I didn’t need help as I was on the ground floor! So it was up to him to decide for me! Very poor service. There was no coffee machine in the room like in some of the other rooms and the kettle was disgustingly filthy. I had to complain. The kettle was changed but the coffee machine never materialized. I had to borrow from another room where my friend was staying. Cleaning the room is not done at a good standard. Cobwebs everywhere on the balcony. I think this property is being neglected.

During our recent stay at Tsarsko Selo, I was thoroughly impressed by its magnificent location. Nestled amidst lush woods, the serenity and tranquility the surroundings provided were truly unparalleled. The cleanliness of the hotel was evident from the moment we stepped in. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. The daily change of towels was a thoughtful touch. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the pool. Coupled with the spa, it offered the perfect escape after a day of exploring. To top it off, the breakfast was delightful, featuring a good variety of choices that catered to different tastes. For those seeking a blend of nature and luxury, this hotel ticks all the boxes. Highly recommended!

I was greater and felt welcome. However I have lost time walking to the reception three times as the door key was not operating properly and I was very tired from a long travel that day and had to walk back and forth to the reception. When I was trying to call them the phone line was busy. Staff was nice and apologetic. The bathroom had a lot of mould on the sealing. However I am not disappointed. I would stay there again as the location is great and the room was clean.

The mini village setting of separate apartment blocks. Excellent breakfast choices and quantities. Good parking. Room accommodation, bed and coffee making equipment (although there was not a power socket available near its location)

The outdated rural pastiche of the basement restaurant. Only the reception staff were cheerful all the rest failed to make us feel welcome. The spa indoor pool tiling needs repair and all our swimming clothes were marked by a black oily substance after each swim. Poor television picture quality in the bedroom.

Rooms and Spa were in good condition and comfortable. Food was also good.

Staff were very unfreindly and frankly difficult at times for no reason. Outside Pool was closed which was a real shame as it looked great. Indoor Spa was good and so was the food. Shame the staff could not raise a smile or be friendly to paying customers.

Comfy room 970, very spacious and the additional furniture practical (coffee table, armchairs, balcony chairs etc.) Great to have had full access to spa, we’ve enjoyed a few great massage sessions, too. Overall good stay however a bit overpriced for the current quality.

Location is pretty remote (on the ring), still doable if you reach by car/taxi but otherwise complicated. The breakfast is good and fresh but every day the same, no new elements which is boring from 3rd day onwards. The shower was clogged up and although we’ve mentioned it to cleaning lady on first day, I suppose communication wasn’t effective as it didn’t solve until we left - regular maintenance seems to not be in place either.

Rooms had modern bathrooms and comfortable beds but furniture was dated.

- Wonderful SPA with 5 saunas (4 were working, but it was enough for us), jacuzzi and a lovely indoor pool - Great Breakfast - Huge and very comfortable room - Friendly and helpful staff (We had an issue that instead of twin beds there was only one Queen bed that could not be separated, the apologized and gave us a room with a 1 Queen bed and 1 twin bed instead with no additional charge)

If you come with a bus, there is a 10 minute walk from the stop

Nice and comfortable SPA with big swimmingpool and hottube bath. Perfect breakfast and dinner with big and taste portion. Many parking places. Rooms is clean and furnished good with all necessary.

No any shop on territory. Nearest on petrol station with very poor selection.
