Secure parking with gated entry. Bar facilities and Sunbreakers menu were wonderful. Quiet location and clean facilities.

Restaurant closed Sunday and Mondays. Unable to access breakfast on site as kitchen doesn't open until 11am.

Staff were friendly and helpful, great location, walking distance to the esplanade, shops, restaurants, dolphin quay, the beach. Secure parking on site. Restaurant and bar on site. Pool was so refreshing. BBQ's and tennis courts if you wanted to use them.

There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms so the bedrooms were very hot even with the fans on, so it was very hard to sleep. The aircon does not reach the bedrooms The apartment was old and needs some maintenance/TLC, some damage on cupboards, freezer has no shelves. Furniture like the bedside tables did not get moved to clean - moved it to access the power point and found a ball, and some other rubbish. The curtains were dirty but they did get removed to be cleaned, which was great but I would have felt more comfortable knowing that people were going into the room to do that when I was out. Would be great to have power points on both sides of the bed, because the curtains were changed out for blinds and I had to have the fan on, due to the position of the power point the fan faced the blind, it blew the blinds all night which was noisy and then the light came in super early so again that affected the sleep ):

Nice Pool, size of apartment was good and kitchen area, staff were friendly but not many on.

Apartment carpets needed a clean, smokers paradise, noisy at night. Dog barking. The restaurant was outdated and service was slow food was OK but a bit over priced.

the sliding door floor bolt to the outside was broken which made it hard to open and shut then lock the door.

Reasonably priced restaurant with good selection.

Bed fairly hard, only one blanket. No golf balls for children to play.

we cannot say anything we booked previous day and got confirmation as well and next day automatically debit 180$ from my bank account unfortunately next day 3pm when we try to checking they told us your booking cancel we don’t have any rooms we are embarrassed

they send us email around 3pm rooms not available around 3pm that’s our checkin time I asked them lot of questions no good answer and after that they refund my money to my bank account I have to wait 48 hrs get the money I didn’t have enough money to find another hotels we never ever recommended like this place first time happened in my life my boys and wife so sad we returned to home midnight

Very clean and tidy.

Beds were comfy but there were no extra blankets for beds and it was a bit cold as only one thin doona and heater was in main living area. The kids were looking forward to playing the mini golf but we were told they had no balls.
