Location and view
Poorly managed. Other people parking at my assigned parking spot and there is nothing property management can do other than apologise. TV doesn’t work, sea shell sent maintenance men next day to fix. Dishwasher smell like nappies bin at mall parents room when door is open. Bed is worn out and uncomfortable to sleep on. Roll of dust under lounge. Level 1 Door emergency break glass unit is broken and door is still lock. Netflix doesn’t work, sea shell maintenance man can’t fix it and advise to contact another property manager. What a waste of time.

Good location with easy walk to restaurants, cinema, waterfront.
The apartment is in a separate building to the hotel. The surrounds, entrance, common area are run down. The apartment itself is described as a penthouse. In fact it’s a regular apartment on the third floor. It does look over the beach, via a carpark and building site. The bedding was clean and fresh, but the general cleaning was not very good. There were bundles of hair on the floor in the ensuite and the carpet needs a clean.
There was a bottle of wine in the fridge, which was a nice touch.

Fabulous location with the lovely safe beach right outside and plenty of restaurants in the quayside. Two bathrooms are great when you have older kids with you. Pool is gorgeous. Apartment was very well equipped. Our kids are too old to share a bed so we put the sofa bed up for one of them. It looked new and had a great mattress on it. Perfect for our 11 year old. Good sized balcony with a BBQ which we had breakfast on a couple of mornings and sat and had drinks on in the evening. There was a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge too which was a lovely touch. Great little spot. Hope to return soon ❤️
There were a couple of dirty marks on the wall in the master bedroom next to the bed. I'm a clean freak so just cleaned them off myself.

The apartment was comfortable and clean the location was perfect

The reception desk was very friendly and informative.
The instructions on arrival were clear and parking was easy to find.
The facilities were explained to us clearly.
Coffee pods and coffee machine were a great touch.
Percolator was great too.

A few maintenance items need addressing but overall great condition - kitchen tap was defective.
One of the balcony chairs had ripped.
Preference for a bottle of dishwashing liquid and dishwasher tablets.
Ensuite bathroom shower was located in the bath which we nearly slipped trying to access.
Towel rail in main bathroom was broken and kept coming off.

Nice view but noisy with side street and car park area. Couldn’t access tv fetch station plus tv remote needs looking at

nothing that can be controlled by the owner, surrounding air BxBs allowing young adults in groups to party on their property from late night until the morning. I guess this is the lucky draw of its location.

Beautiful location. Besides bathroom really nice place to stay. Views were fantastic of the ocean so close.
There was a leak in the 1st bathroom toilet. Water kept leaking. So had to make sure I had shoes on.

The apartment was great, views excellent, very close to Town Beach which is a terrific swimming spot. The heated swimming pool, spa and pool area is awesome. Being in Dolphin Quey is a bonus being close to shops and restaurants and the markets.
