The location and privacy of the apartments are a big attraction to us. The staff are always very attentive and welcoming. The facilities in the apartment ensure that we can have breakfast at any time. We have stayed here many times and enjoy time here.

Having stayed at the apartments many times over the years, it was little disappointing to experience the unit we had. We had requested a ground floor apartment and were allocate an 'accessible' flat. It was OK however a lot of the fittings were looking tired and in need of an update. The fridge for example was perfectly clean inside however the outside was badly corroded. The bathroom fittings were alsom a let down and the tiling and bath trims would benefit from a good refurbish.

Simply amazing. This is the second time we stayed here and we cannot recommend it enough. Children enjoyed the swimming pool. Safe and enjoyable environment for families, including pets. Service is top notch too.

Some people were putting towels on sunbeds and leaving for a few hours but from our experience there were more than enough.

this is our 6th visit and it’s getting a bit tired .needs updating and fresh coat of paint. WiFi was dropping where in the past it was excellent.

These apartments are set in beautifully maintained grounds with a lovely swimming pool and a nice little cafe. The apartments on the outside look good and hope is lifted for our stay. We were only there for one night and we were hoping it would be so good we’d use Santa Terisihna again for our annual 4 week holiday in Alvor. It won’t happen. We used our one night stay as a recce to decide if we’d use this accommodation for our annual 4 week holiday. Disappointing.

The inside of the apartment was roomy but in need of refurbishment. The fridge and dishwasher were rusted and the seals on the fridge/freezer were covered in mould, I wouldn’t use these appliances. The seal around the bath were also mouldy and off putting. The oven and hob were dirty. These things make a huge difference to our view of accommodation, it’s simple housekeeping not carried out properly which could be easily remedied. Don’t get me started on the disgusting toilet brush. What a shame. We loved the outdoor facilities but sadly the inside was a horrible let down. We won’t be going back.

Only been here a day, but very impressed. The apartment was lovely and spotless. The pool was also lovely and very clean. We have 2 kids and they enjoyed it very much in the kids pool. Pets are allowed and that's a plus. Reception and bar staff always helpful. Very family friendly and very close to lovely restaurants and the beach.

Broken kitchen cupboard door, broken kitchen dusbin, mouldy fridge, No soup in toilet. Terrible stained flat pillows with no covers. Lack of cozyness. Would not recomend to anyone

Brilliant place to stay - I was skydiving and the location is very close to the airfield. Friendly staff and great facilities - I'll be back!

Clean and spacious. the grounds were exceptional, plenty of green space, the area around the pool and restaurant were more inviting than I expected. The staff, and even other guests, were friendly, pleasant and helpful. I thought the layout was well designed for the covid situation, open spaces, no enclosed corridors. They really were pet friendly, my 2 dogs had a wonderful time. The grounds were excellent, but the local neighbour was also a great spot to walk. The price was low, so it is excellent value for your money I will return.

Honestly, nothing

The accommodation was excellent. We stayed just for one night and we have nothing to complain about. The owner is extremely friendly and very helpful. He not only provided us with tips on travelling but also offered to drive us to our destination. Great service all in all. :) Would 100% recommend.
