The location was great. Nice to have breakfast on site.

We booked a "superior" room. I had no idea that the room would be tiny. the bed was against the wall and you could not put two suitcases in the room. We put one under the bed the first night. The room was so small that we upgraded to a larger room for the next two nights, with the cost of the upgrade being the same as the original 3 night stay.

even thought it’s close to the station (as a matter of fact, connected through the mall), it’s very confusing to find initially. I wish there were instructions on the listing of how to get from Yokohama Station to the hotel. other than that, it was an excellent stay!

Only a few minutes away from Yokohama station, where you have a huge amount of restaurant and shopping posibilities. The hotel is really modern mit everything you need, Vending machines, microwaves and such.

Room is tiny, automated check-in procedure was slow due to system issue, staff did not seem able to override, so had to wait for system to work in order to check in.

I stayed here for 12 days, the location always the best. take the West exit, go to the NewWoman second floor, there is a covered path straight to the hotel. even thought is a small room, only can fit one luggage, but I can put under the bed to save some space. the TV can show when washer and dryer available. if you like shopping, don’t miss the Yokohama station and stay here.

The hotel was super nice! It has traditional Japanese style rooms with the feel of Western style. For example, everything looked like a regular hotel here in USA, but still had that japanese charm of clean, quiet, and respectful. The hotel room itself was a big "small" room(bed, desk, toilet). Shower was amazing! Beds have adjustable lighting. The hotel lobby is on the third floor of the building. Floors 4-6 are the rooms. Floor 4 is laundry service. Check in was easy. They even have a little guy on the screen to help you check in(if you need it). Huge amount of amenities you can grab from the lobby. 24hr free coffee.

You have to put your key card in the wall when leaving the room. I understand why but when you have 2 people staying, and one leaves, it can get annoying.

The direction from Yokohama station on your websites need to be updated. Exame: exit number, the bridge, etc. We spent 30 minutes walking with our luggage looking for the hotel
