I expected Terrace rooms w a view bigger like a suite.

Service and Hospitality were extremely extraordinary. We were extremely satisfied for a couple that wanted to get away for a little bit.

I loved everything about it!

The property is beautiful. We liked the size, amenities, and modern decor of the room. The patio and view of the cathedral were amazing. The location is excellent. Everything we wanted to experience in our 2-day visit was within walking distance. The staff was helpful and courteous.

The first evening, we were surprised to learn that the walls for the room are very thin and we could hear conversations of the guests next door. Thankfully, the hotel room came with 2 pairs of earplugs and the adjacent guests did not make too much noise, and there were no other guests the next evening. The wall is mounted very high on the wall and very uncomfortable to view from the bed.

Everything and the food terrific

The only thing was that it was very uncomfortable to eat outside because of all the people approaching us every other minute, asking for money or selling something.

The location is fantastic as well as the staff. The hotel is very beautiful and loved the room.

The internet was my only gripe. The wifi was much , much slower than just using the data in my phone. In the room, the LG smart TV seemed to have an Ethernet connection. Tried watching something on Netflix at the end of the night and the connection seemed to drop very frequently. It took about 3 hours almost 4 in order to watch a 2 hour movie with all the restarting. I brought it up with the front desk before heading out for the day. They said they would take care of it, but when we returned, it wasn’t any better. The TV would give a message that the Ethernet connection was interrupted.

The bed and tub were amazing. A very artsy hotel in a colonial building, with very nice decor and common areas made to spend time there. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Check out is at one pm, also very nice perk.

Everything was great! Nothing we didn’t like.
