La vista es hermosa, amplias las habitaciones y el personal de recepción y quienes te apoyan con tu maleta son excelentes.
Habia cucarachas en la habitacion 1402 en el closet y en area de lavamanos (amenidades) y las sabanas manchadas y con agujeros de cigarro. Alguien del personal estando el cuarto ocupado llego y nos abrio la habitación para mostrarsela a alguien mas (estando nosotros adentro) fue muy molesto porque yo estaba saliendome de bañar.
El personal de valet parking (no el del hotel) super grosero y despota.

En primera esta en un HOSPITAL! Si el HOTEL Está arriba de un HOSPITAL. NO TIENE RESTAURANTE. NO TIENE BAR. No Tienen nada más que el cuarto y la Recepcion. Decepcionante por q lo que muestran no es para nada lo que muestran.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Super fancy, clean, private. The view from my room was amazing, and not to say the pool's!!! The staff was very attentive, they allow access to the pool after hours if requested, and the placed inspired a high end hotel overall.
I noticed there was a coffee maker but no coffee :(

Location is good, staff is good. The value price is not, pool is cold and very windy, rooms are not soundproof and we heard a baby next door crying all night and the next night we heard all the conversations, sex and tv programs of the room next door. Also as a Luxury hotel is kind of shady and weird have to share elevator and lobby with a hospital and emergency room that was a awkward.
