Bed, pillows and quilt very comfirtable, spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.

Please add bidet to every toilet in the hotel. It is a standard in Korea and Japan.

The Hotel was good as always they were very helpfull to me last time when I had to spent my Corona quarantine in there.

Facility and personal high professional

The invoice..., I have made the reservation in booking.com and for that no invoice to my company or to me, after requesting the invoice for 3 times I decide to stop, I will take the cost of this business travel but I will make everything in my company to not reserve here anymore.

Staff was friendly and attentive.

Air conditioning had room controls but the facility had it shut off for the whole building. Room temp was close to 80 degrees. They brought fans but that did not help

Getting a taxi in the morning is an absolute nightmare. You tell the receptionist you need one and it takes minimum 40 minutes before they finally point you to one. If there is a fundamental problem with taxi availability in Dongtan, the hotel should warn you about this and recommend ordering a taxi the night before you need it (if that’s possible). AC in the rooms are broken. I had stayed in this place before COVID and the AC worked flawlessly. This was my second stay after COVID and the panel doesn’t seem to have any effect whatsoever. The display works, but the AC does something entirely different. This time it was heating the room up to 26°C. Nothing else. Despite having switched off the whole thing, it started running at 2am with super loud noise.

Hotel was clean, has a modern interior, a location convenient to restaurants, and the staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful (and also spoke fluent English). The bus to the airport also stops right outside the hotel. Breakfast was offerred but we did not try it because it was on the pricey side.

The most major issue was that the temperature control in the room did not work. No matter what we set it to, it would not go below 25 degrees (celcius). Due to this, our room was uncomfortably warm all night, and after the sun rose in the morning, it turned into a true oven. Because we were only staying one night and we had seen other reviews that indicated the room temp had been an unaddressed issue, we did not bother raising this to the attention of hotel staff. In addition to this, there were other smaller inconveniences in that we could not get the TV to work, the blow dryer was partially broken and their were no USB outlets for charging, as there were everywhere else we stayed in Korea.

Highlights: Breakfast buffet, city view from high floor room, soundproof.

The beds were very comfortable. Nice to have the fridge and complimentary water.

The tiles in the bathroom - I know there is a sign to indicate the floor is slippery when wet but it is still difficult to walk and very dangerous. There were signs of the wallpaper or paint coming off the wall. Not sufficient storage for clothes.

Busy Elevator. Need some improvement for the efficiency.

The shower Room was simple and clean. Mattress was comfortable. Loved the pillows

Lobby light is too dim. No regular soap. Bathtub water not filled in fast.

Very nice view. Nearby restaurants. Well connected to supermarket.
