The staff at the reception was very helpful! Explained everything, check in process was very smooth. I asked for invoice it was prepared according to all my request. I had some issues with login to wi-fi and they quickly solved it.

TV in a room did not work but I was not planning to use it anyway. The hotel feels a bit outdated, some broken tiles and bruised corners but not that it makes much difference to overall experience. The only a bit more mayor issue - the mattress was very hard, not the way I am used to.

Located at the river front and close to a park. Suite was spacious and clean.

Very loud music from conference room, room smelled like smoking room and heating was not sufficient to warm up room.

Good location. Many restaurans arround, markets, 24/7 test in 10 min (by car) if you need to fly. Good enough breakfast. Many space for parking in any time arround hotel. Not crowded.

Restoran is noise till midnight if your room on top of it.

tbh I did not like any thing about it. it’s scam hotel u paying for a nice 4 star hotel but the truth is it’s not 4 star only the furnishes are nice that’s all

the time I booked the hotel it says there is swimming pool in its one of the facility it’s a big sham 4 star hotel having swimming pool but giving it rent to another company to sell for their resident

Large room, good location near park and river, lots to see on walking distance

Bed was not very comfortable and shower was quite basic
